can be tyres cos 110 or 120 rear can be used on these bikes. 120 a tad bit higher. some lowered e front fork so overall e bike is lower as well.

There is someone out there for me

I know there is someone out there

I know she is waiting so patiently yeah

Can you tell me her name?

(Somebody tell me her name)

This life-long search is gonna drive me insane

How does she laugh?

How does she cry?

What's the color of her eyes?

Does she even realize I'm here?

Where is she? Where is she? Where is she?

Where is this beautiful girl?Who is she? Who is she?

Who is gonna complete my world?

no lah its the smallest bike i ever cm across OTR. if u can handle those bike at riding centre tis 1 (KSR) cmf no prob. btw fyi i tink its only 115cc :goodluck:

KSR is a 110cc mini scrambler weighing at only 84kg.

you can practically put your legs down comfortably while still sitting on it waiting for lights to turn green.

with 7.3litres of fuel you can hit a max of 50km per litre(it really depends on how you ride)

you can save on season parking by simply bringing it home-into your living room.

the bike can hit a top speed of more than 100kmh on a good day. normal riding you don't even have to worry about the speed camera, you will never go past the speed limit if you do not whack the throttle.

only down side is to change the tire to a better one cos the tires that came with it is not so good.

I like it because it gives me confidence, it'll let me challenge myself....

everytime iI ride on it, and discovers the wind is in front of me, I throttle, it'll let me race with the wind.......

I lay low, to reduce wind drag, keep racing forward.....

in the end I won against the wind.....

heh, my advice is that you don't go for 2nd sports bikes cause most of them most probably have engines being whack to the max, and for a beginner, you won't want to encounter any problems when you r riding rite? pass first, be patient, lots of bike waiting 4 u want..i believe most of us who got our licence would want to agree that being to "kan jiong" will end up regreting buying the wrong bike..good luck to ur TP:goodluck: :thumb:

Me on the other hand, suggest getting a 2nd hand bike. Why you may ask?

1) Allows you to understand more of the bike before you make your 1st bike purchase of your life

2) Gives you an idea of what to look out for before you buy the bike. Knowledge that stays with you throughout your bike riding years to come.

3) Rectifying problems makes u understand the mechanics behind the bike and also, you will gain knowledge of troubleshooting problems yourself 1st without having to call the tow truck all the time.

4) 2nd hand bikes are less straining on your pocket. Not a very good idea to burn a big hole on a 2b bike with higher depreciation which you will happily trade in for a bigger cc bike when you get your licence.

5) You will feel even worse if you purchased a new bike and it breaks down.

The very same advice I've been getting since I enrolled, and I've been giving to fellow new riders since. I always believe in getting 2nd hand for 1st time riders because being a 1st time rider, you'll definitely drop the bike at least once. Won't that be such a pain if it was a 1st hand?

Just my cheap opinion.

Hey.. I also looking for bike... Am looking at CBR150... 2nd hand and found one owner who's willing to let go at $2K. Dunno if the price is okay.. Also.. I heard ppl saying that I can ask for loan from Hitachi Credits. What's the criteria to ask for such loan? and which is better, loan from hitachi or bring to shop and ask for refinance? pros and cons?

And what about insurance? If there're sub-riders.. Is the insurance paid individually or shared and decided among the riders themselves on how to divide the insurance?

:help:

tot insurance is covered only individually.

2k can la. but wad plate one? i oso looking for 2nd hand cbr

CBR150- my ride atm

Oh, so insurance is individually sorted out eh.. I didn't know.. thought insurance is for the bike itself, and cover the rider/riders riding it.... Maybe I heard it all wrong..

The second hand CBR150 is a FV plate.. Do you think it's worth?

based on her said height, i dun think Gilera Runner she can ride with ease.. its pretty high.

i'll reccomend Vespa GT200... and of course, Yamaha Spark 135.

X1 would be a good choice too.

basically... all the popular cubs are suitable...

and dun worry.. speed is never an issue...

its not how fast your bike can go.. its how much guts you have to twist that throttle when you hit top gear... cheers!
