Hi guys, I'm riding a ducati 916. Does anyone here has any feedback to the stock side stand? Does it break easily? Do I need to go get a after market?

I believe the 916 shared the same kickstand as the 996 and the 998. They are ok but try not to sit on the bike with the stand deployed.

The most sturdy stand in my opinion is the 999. I had one on my SF and it worked great.

hi guys, do anyone encounter before after your bike washed or travel during rain facing any gear transmission issue? like kicking gear up and down feel very hard to engage. What may cause this? previously I never encounter anything like that before.

for me after wash bike if water go in I will let the engine run until dry you can hear the dry cling sound.. Biting point will be harder to get if wet.. just spray GT85 or WD40 into the clutch thats what i do normally at least once a week :)

no need to get aftermarket but do not sit on the bike with the side stand on.. the side stands are not so strong.. I have been using close to 2 years running with no problems.. take good care of the bike and be gentle :)

u can check with biketech21 as they are the dealer for arrow.. u can purchase from them but they dont do install.

If u intend to buy / import overseas then it is not legal at all. So far i have not hear that import slip on or full system is legal. If u want to make it legal u need alot alot alot of document in order to get it approve.

U do save about 20% when u buy from overseas but with all the paper work and risk of not being approve is not really worth it. Just buy from singapore dealer they will give u all the document and u just need to send for inspection.

There is someone out there for me

I know there is someone out there

I know she is waiting so patiently yeah

Can you tell me her name?

(Somebody tell me her name)

This life-long search is gonna drive me insane

How does she laugh?

How does she cry?

What's the color of her eyes?

Does she even realize I'm here?

Where is she? Where is she? Where is she?

Where is this beautiful girl?Who is she? Who is she?

Who is gonna complete my world?

  • 2 weeks later...

So anyone here has a street legal exhaust to fit 996/998/748 that they want to part with? I bought a set of GPR's but I'm struggling to get GPR to provide the last piece of paperwork "noise and emission test results". All the certificates etc are right so obviously they have run the tests they just seem to shut down and not respond when you ask for a copy though!

So sick of wasting time with it, I just want to buy some slip ons that come with the right paperwork.
