Anyone come across this problem that when u turn down from carpark ur fork seems like 1 side going down faster then the other and got a feeling like wan to pengz?

left/right will cancel out each other if settings are not off the same.

If u have not change ur spark plugs for a long time..he is likely right. Back fire are usually caused by 'slow' weaker spark..NOTHING to do wif ur carbs. Don't just listen to ppl. When ever someone advise u something..always asked the "analysis" of it..not something "read" or "hear say". If ur plugs has just been change lately..possibility of a single bad plug is possible but hardly. Again..if plugs are just change lately..it could be something else like elctrical problem from ur spark plug cables not sitting properly or gone bad..oso check for water retention in the spark plug holes if u did "water spray jet washing".

 

How do I check if spark plugs are positioned properly n if there is water retention? I just washed my carb n change spark plugs. Air to fuel ratio tune can solve it? Sorry s4 newbie here

maybe the amount of Fork oil on each side not equal.. (Eg. Right side 500ml, but Left side about 400ml..

Front Suspension dampener need to change liao When was the last time you service your fork? Check to see if there is any leak on the fork. If its leak then cheap cos mabbe oil seal wear and oil leak out so unbalance oil content. But yours sound more like rebound of the coil.

any good shop or mechanic that you guys can recommend? bike had a stationary drop on the right side a few months back.

 

my spec1 meter started with RPM meter cannot work, then progressed to Speedo, now fuel bar and time cannot see liao.

 

checked at FJT with regards to the pricing and was quoted about $800 for whole meter but they did ask which part of the meter could not work which I'm not really sure. To save hassle might as well go to a good shop whom is experienced with this problem.

im finding it hard to search with the way how this cb400 topic work for very long, everything goes into one it looks nice. But when you want to search, it will show you the post with everything inside and have to slowly search page by page, well unless you use advance search. I find the admin that is taking care of this is doing a good job by moving all post daily, just find it hard to do search.

Need quick advise as I'm in dilemma now. I've Super 4 Spec II (FU plate, 2002 Registration) with 10-Year COE expiring next week. The bike, though 10years liao bike is still in good condition (both outlook and engine) but I believe I'll stop riding in 1 to 3 years time, upgrading to car.

 

Should I renew my COE and pay PQP for 5-year or 10-year? I know 10-year renewal will fetch better resale later but painful to forkout additional $927 now, unless it's really make sense.

 

PQP 5-Year: $927

PQP 10-Year $1854

renew coe.. i jus renewed mine.. my bike cannot say preforming v gd as it drinks fuel when its stock.. but i jus renew cos i love it too much... even if one day u wanna scrap can get leftover money from coe... renew 10 yrs ..
