In any case, you can see some of the pics here.

Most motorcycle problems are a result of the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle

Brig ur bike down in person. Speak to Eric and let him advise and quote. He was initially hesitant to do mine cos he didnt want me to waste money only to return to say paint cracked or chipped on its own cos mine is plastic. But he examined earlier and said can after i insisted on the makeover. Lucky i insisted.

I left my bike there for 4 days. And eric updated me on status regularly as well as for collection.

Cheers.

Hahaha... looks like you're now an Extreme Paint ambassador! :thumb:

Be wary of the source of information for your bike's maintenance. Some FAQs are compiled by people who lack the technical know how.

No lah. I only provided my own feedback on my experience with them.

A friend riding a 250 Ninja saw my pics and also asked where I did it, and he brought his bike there for a customised paintjob on his tank too.

He is also a happy customer.

At the end of the day, sometimes we shouldnt be too picky over a little price difference (if too big a diff, make noise already!). And let the professionals do their job right. If they dont, they wont get any additional business. As simple as that.

It took me a while to decide to try the shop cos I have read abt some negative reviews about the other paintshops. To me, price is not that big a factor but customer satisfaction is.

Happy lunar new year!

Is it better to spray or powdercoat fz16 rims? Any reccomended places n how much?

a friend of mine sprayed his 250 ninja rims red. and after a while, he swore never to do that again because cleaning is a b*t*ch.

but i suppose yours is gonna be black, so i am not sure how the cleaning, if any, will turn out.

No actually.

The owner ah loo specialize in lorry repairs. More to welding

There are two other" owners"

One runs the overall bike repair

The other one runs only vespa repair

They are old school bike repair shop. They have the old school repair techniques, and they are good at what they are doing. In a old school ways but I would say no if u r riding modern bikes.

Fyi I used to "work" there while waiting for interviews after ns.

But u said touch up whole bike. U say this to me I also confused. Spray whole bike or touch up some parts of the bike? Different meaning different job done.

At 1st i ask him to repaint whole bike but he said touch up is better. then i show him all the scratches spot but he still recommend me touch up will do and he said when the time collect bike there will be no scratches, beside that collection date is just 3 day to 1 weeks but end up wait for 1 month plus to collect and result came out the bike body like the day i send to his workshop ( mean the scratches still there ) money is not a problem but he is cheating .

If he really want to close down his shop that is a good news for all bikes....
