yea do agree with what you guys said about ah koon LOLS.

I always call him and ask if his supplies has arrived or whatsover, and by the time I go down, he already sold those stuffs T_T

And sometimes see him OMS doing others people's bike, I will just head back , because I find it bad to interrupt his work and also, I would want a one on one scenario to ask for parts to custom my ride :)

My ride looked quite bad now =.= Had been delaying my paintwork .. Cos I will feel so weird without being able to ride for that 1 week + and still not sure what color to paint =X

White? .. or .. :/

u painting at shop r diy? cause if at shop, u can do it at yeow motors... just have to go there, choose colour'design, pay money... come back like a week or so, n it will b ready... u dun have to leave ur bike there! he has a complete spare set of phantom tank and fenders... so u continue riding ur bike while he paints those, when done, he will just swap over for u ... :)

wow cool~ didnt know there's this kind of service . I always thought we need to leave our bike there haha.

I guess the main thing I need to do is to repair the dent on my tank plus a respray.

As for the fenders and rear, I am intending to get a shadow style mudguard (or best, get the indian replica front fender) . Do yeow motors carry accessories as well? Just curious hah.

thanks for the info as well :)

Personally, I'll prefer to strip my bike & use my own tank & fenders. You never know if he's going to spray a really old tank with internal rust & swap it for mine.

in this case i would suggest u get those big fender u wanted in e raw form, without spray painting... and i also suggest u get e big tank cover... bring it to him, let him spray then fix back...

alternatively, u can simply do all these at ah koon itself... u can order these parts and then choose colour also... :) gd thing is koon can install for u, u dun have to worry of not being able to fix e stuff... :)

n yes, like what ben said, if u wanna use his old tank and give him ur tank to spray, i think also can... as long as u know how to remove n put back ur own tank... cause if i'm not mistaken, he has a helper who only comes at nite to take out n put back parts on bikes. he he pays them to do which, and e cost is passed down to e customer... so by diy taking out n fixing back e parts, u can save some money...day time, all his helpers r painters... thats what i think his system is like la... :)

Anyone using aftermarket mirrors that is as sturdy as the stock? Tried the oval one with eagle but it vibrates.

try using a rubber washer; it helps to dampen the vibration
