Hmmm, i also heard from my brother saying tat they sell lots of accessories... But i forget to ask bout the workmanship. I worried like some shops juz any how do... Plan to fix new crash bar there. Tmr maybe:cheeky: :thumb: AhPek, tmr not working huh?

hi to all the non-vtec bros, i have a prob here... after my fuel runs out my bike stil unable to run eventhough i switch the reserve knob on already... so i open up my fuel cap n shake my oil tank, stil can see petrol splashin inside leh... any 1 out there seen this prob b4?? any 1 noe any fix for this??

 

PS: my bike runs for 320+km then die off, switch to reserve but still cant ride.. the last time i ever dissasemble oil tank was when doin my carb servicing... isit bcoz the cable nvr attached correctly?? thx in advance for all the helps...

If you got a flat head screw driver, loosen the each of the carb's drain screw (beside near end of each curb)..have a cloth underneath them in case petrol flows out. Once all are open, open your fuel cap..then open your throttle fully a few time and than use start switch to crank your engine. See if any petrol comes out from the carbs. (Make sure your fuel cork is on the reserve position).

The cork won't spoil lad unless your diaghram is damage. What Is ee here is that it may be clogged with rust and residue when you fueled your bike from Petrol station.

 

The process here is to provide bleeder air (opening tank cap) pressure downward to the carbs. Another method is to take your tank off, have a strong magnet stuck to one end of the tank and shake the fuel inside.

my s4 ver s got this radiator coolant keeps on drying up 2-3days time in the spare tank and i need to to it up. i have replaced the original radiator cap still doesn't help. i have check the termostats & fan & pump is working fine.

Since you olehdi checked some of the likely area..run your bike at slightly high idle (make engine hot)and look out for any sign of leakage around all the water hose area. It could be a hair line crack on any of the hoses or at their joints (tighten with a clip) where the clip might have loosen.

 

If nothing, check see if there is leakage near the bottom left side of the crank housing where there is a round moulded shape like cast where one of the water hose runs by..that's your pump impeller and one of the nut is drainer for your coolant. If there is leakage on the round disc cover, the gasket must have gone bad.

 

Worst think that can happen is your engine block water jacket having a very fine crack and this is the middle section of your engine block...hope not though Good luck.

just came back from bikeshop the mech say it is engine block leak coolant. there is a small hole at both side of the engine top block there got coolant trace at right side.....jialat...mech say change the block + gasket will cost around 1.6K.... is there a cheaper way to fix?
