Actually, getting someone to marry one's ex-wife for a day and then divorce her is exploiting a loophole in the talaq tiga marital laws. By right, the ex-wife is supposed to stay married with the new husband and if by circumstance they happen to divorce, then the ex-husband can remarry the ex-wife...

This is the reason y i do not want to post out the"after talak tiga". As the way u put it sounds so the dirty. Yes its true the husband and wife will have sex. Who would not right? Then if happens the marriage fails, then the ex husband who have the title talak tiga upon him can marry her again. Thats y need to think a million times. Anyways, who ask the husband to divorce the wife till talak tiga? U think what? Marriage is a game? Or must have a very strong reason to divorce her talak tiga..

If the children is not his. Plenty of females will rather know more of this guy then some guy who want to talk about what is his, then he will raise.

 

For the record, Singapore, and even from this forum. There are plenty of males here, that dont even raise their own children, or work to be responsible for their own children. So Nuff said about DNA testing.

Because technically no one wants to raise someone's else child, even worse if its due to cheating but we're humans, not animals. For example lions, they kill the spawn of the previous male when they take over the territory, somewhat same logic here.
