these days alot of ppl create their own 'turning pocket' instead of the usual 2, suddenly there is 3. sheesh drive a 4 wheel tot can do it like a bike

Today while riding...I saw Birds flying and chirping beside me and the Bees buzzing around me when I did my turn right turn to Mandai. Then the butterflys came and flutter2 to caught up to me but abandon hope since I rode 70km/h. Upon reaching a flyover I saw a man in white to me that look like Frosty the Snowman. I smile and wave to him but alas he was busy I guess...busy with the camera that he had been so enthusiastically focused on something...I wonder who...well...as the journey goes...The sun was hot...the wind blew a lot of pollution to my face and the ever so beautiful Garbage Truck made me smell the most wonderful things that the world has to offer...how I love today...and did my work diligently wanting to go home and face the same story...alas...it RAIN...

today purposely got up at 6.30am to leave for work. since the new gantries are up, traffic on minor roads leading up to expressway jam like anything. dunno whether can get up so early tomorrow, as still lots of work to do. last week had to do lane splitting all the way to make it be4 8.45am. haiz.

An interesting fairy tale

 

Haiz, for me ... ran an errand for a VIP of mine today. Rode thru cats and dogs to get back to my office to pass him his trophy. Instead of being thankful, his face turned black and !@#$ and accussed us of misinterpertting his words. Was mad at what he accused us of and left him alone in the office when it was time to go home. He can jolly well take care of himself for the next few days till he leaves Sg!!

As for me today...I kinda find it funny that this China fren of mine suddenly angry at me coz I did something wrong...well actually its to cover her childishness that I did the right thing before boss knows abt it. Skali she cry la...said why I turned off the thing like that and REALLY cry like small 7yr old girl...man...instead of consoling her and flip thru my China dictionary on how to 1001 ways to console her in chinese, I end up kept quiet and find her VERY weird. The weirdest part is when after 5 mins she wipe her tears and smiled at me and giggled. That was IT, her actions remind me of some scary movies that I phobia to watch. i straight away said "WEIRDO... " and tried to walk away but she kept asking me what that means and i told her to go n find dictionary...i think by now she knew what it means already . Tomorrow wont be talking to her coz i still find it weird. damns...i think she still young la..

Reading your story, I can only think of 2 things, 1) She PMS lah. 2) she is training her tear ducts to command the tears to come as and when she wants them to. (Aka, chinese kungfu shows when summonding the elements)

3) She sha jiao, and trying to hit on your soft spot.

Today while riding home from Orchard...

 

I was riding down CTE to PIE... You guys know there's a newly ERP opened for 1-2 months already right? When I was near the gate, this car infront of me... at least 200m infront jammed on it's stupid brake... You know? 80km/h for a bike to stop when a car infront of you jammed brake and behind got car somemore... Freak! I was thinking of jamming brakes but kanna hit from behind even worse... So i decided to check right,car not near, turn on Gas and ride pass but super near... Den I horn... cause reaction is more important than horn... Freak those drivers... Never put cashcard dun sabo people to their accident la... Pay the fines la... wow lau... sianz man...

a red intergra with a type-R badge, dunno real or not (and also, red license plate) was weaving in and out of traffic along loyang ave this morning when i was going to work. with his loud exhaust, he was telling everyone to get out of his way. i managed to overtook him when we were at a red light junction. then infront of the SIAEC engine test facility, i was riding on the extreme left when he tried to overtake a nissan on my right. i saw him 1/4 into my lane, i let my nautilus speak to him. saw him jerk back into the right lane. he stayed there till he disappeared from my side mirror.

 

upon reaching another red light junction, i noticed it was 7:12am. no wonder he was going rather fast. those off peak cars are really adding up more reckless drivers on the road, just because they want to save $20.

Sometimes, it's better to just let them through.

 

2 things to consider.

 

- A reckless driver might just run us down. We don't need that. And we don't care what he does with his life as long as he doesn't hit us. And we certainly won't care too when we see his car wrapped around a tree later down the road.

 

- He might have an emergency that he has to rush to. Loved one in the hospital? Or like in your case, he has to beat the 7am timing.

i bumped into the same 125z rider at the same junction outside JI on way home juz now..haha...i guess he's workin on JI too at one of the companies there..again he stopped beside me..looked at me and i looked at him..again i juz smiled at him..to my surprise, he smiled back and complimented me on my pipe..

 

i juz said thanks and when the lights turn green we juz rode off normally...no sppeding and no invi to race this time round..

 

this can only mean 2 things...

 

a)he's one of us here in the forums..

b)he's not the a-hole i pictured him to be..and vice versa

Today while riding i just seem to hear horns everywher and its very distracting. But the two of the horns is meant for me though i nv do anything wrong.

 

1st incident, waitin at traffic light for light to turn green. Behind me was a cisco van. After moving off, going straight, d van behind me all d while, one part, i had to turn left, d van quickly overtake me n go to d next lane and horn at me a few times. Scary. As if i did something wrong.

 

2nd incident, on d way home frm school. One lorry behind me keep horning, then i quickly change lane n overtake d car in front, d lorry aso change lane n started horning n inside can hear some guys laughin so loud.. scary sia.

 

In both incidents i seriously dunno wat wrong i did coz as far as i noe i nv do anything wrong. Why they horn ?? argh. . even if ppl do anythin wrong, i nv use my horn . and i really hate it wen ppl use d horn, esp wen ther is no purpose for it !!

Today while riding I wanted to try if my bike can go any faster and I went up to 120km/h on the first lane on AYE in the day!

 

I felt great but I hope I won't do it again and get addicted to it!

to me even if she is from China, a collegue will be treated fairly as friend. Thats all. Its just that she kinda a little childish and needs to be taught to control her emotions. I kinda got appointed to be her buddy in order to teach her some basic english so that she can communicate well with the customers in our furniture showroom. Well, I dun wanna know her whole life story of whats happening outside la coz my job is just to teach her english and be a friend. thats all. I only got fed-up with her when she acted like a small girl. Get angry easily and cry easily. Felt like giving her a some of my wushu lesson that i learned on tv.

Today while riding there is no such things as singing birds or fluttering butterflies...there was only time. I woke up and realized I was late. Race to work like Rossi on a wheelchair and try not to break any rules as possible. As usual my mask creates attention coz by the way i'm rushing it looks like a robber running away from police. What do I care and just rush. The term rushing for me is following the 70kmh speed limit as usually i travel slower than that at times. Then...this bike came...he looks unhappy and tailgate me all the way. But what do I care since I didnt do anything wrong. He throttle up and came beside me. I smiled at him but my stupidity gets the better of me when I'm nervous coz I was wearing a half mask that looks like Sub Zero in mortal kombat. He stares at me and smiled. He zoom off leaving me behind and some trails of sands that got into my eyes. Damn that TP....so I reached work late as usual and realized that 3 of my manager went to MALAYSIA. ah...PEACE & QUIET at last and damn I should have come later.

 

So thats all happen la in how i translate it into a story line.
