So if a driver bangs u and says sorry, you'll just let the matter off without claiming his insurance? Or taking any compensation? Is that it? If it is, then good for u... Seems like u got too much money to be bothered by a small insurance claim...

Rainy day, full of cars, bloody drivers who signal while I'm in lane and force me out because they were stupid enough to be greedy and go in any free lane, only to realise it was a turn left or right lane, fockin idiots. What I do is simple, I'll rev at them, still like attempt to force me out, I'll simply swerve in front and ride damn slow. So many drivers who are unfit to drive these days, somemore in the comfort of your metal shell, safe and dry still so impatient. _|_

Seems like drivers rarely planned out their routes. Hence the simultaneous signal and change lane at the sane time without due care. This falls under inconsiderate driving and can be charged. Drivers swerving and cutting into lanes abruptly. As said they feel its alright to do so unless their safety is jeopardize.

No la... Cos got people kp me on other post... Anyway, I was really banged by three different drivers on three different occasions... One mild accident, one moderate accident and one near fatal accident... That's why la... Haiz... And all three times the drivers said it was my fault at first... But two incidents outcome driver got summoned $200 for inconsiderate and reckless driving and 6 demerit points... Now waiting for the outcome of the minor incident... Bloody driver keep insisting that it's my fault when he hit me from behind in broad daylight (10:30AM)... Now u know why I'm so upset? Haiz... Sorry if I offended u... Didn't mean it...

Today it was raining so became a pedestrian. Ended work in the evening at around 7+. Sheltered myself from the rain with an umbrella. Approaching zebra crossing stopped for a bit. Looked left and right even though vehicles will be coming from the right. All clear and was about to cross and ZOOM! A minibus just went by with no hesitation. Thankfully for my habit of stopping for a bit before crossing the zebra crossing. If not would have become roadkill. Best of all the minibus did not even switched on the headlights. Its worrying to see such vehicles OTR in the rain in the evening with no lights. Sure maybe the driver got a clear view of everything in the comfort of their cage but others may not even notice it due to the darkness and the weather. Now become pedestrian also must bring cam.

I had a case this morning similar. I was at Toa Payoh central, about to enter the slip road to turn left into PIE. Checking my mirrors, i saw a silver sedan on my ride behaving suspiciously, so i eased off the throttle. Sure enough, the sedan zoomed into the space in front of me and the next car, which is only about 1.5 car length, causing me to e-brake. Wah lau, i was bloody pissed, if i had not noticed, sure accident liao.

 

As the main road was not clear, the cars all stopped at the slip road. I then went up beside the car and stared at the driver. She was a 25-ish yr old, quite pretty lady, playing with her hair with 2 hands. When she realised that i was giving her the darkest of stares, she turned to looked at me, then i just raised my hand in a "wtf u think u doing?!" gesture and then moved off.

 

Early morning chut this type of stunt, spoil my friday morning only. Heng PIE traffic was pretty smooth today. i was able to regain some of my optimism for the day...

 

Btw, Xue Ling, what camera are you using to record your videos arh? I'm looking for one too so i can regularly submit such videos to TP and hope they put more errant drivers off the roads for everyone's safety.

my guess is that he was going too fast and cant control his car properly thus crossing into my lane almost hitting me. i believe there is no reason for him not being able to see me as he came from the next lane behind. besides, i was wearing a neon yellow helmet as seen in the picture below. it is either this or he did it on purpose.

Upper Bukit Timah eh? the construction there cause alot of problems, roads are also very narrow.

 

Better get your horn fixed asap, upgrade to Hella even. But still defensive riding is the best protection cause some drivers even if horn or flash will still not give a damn about you.
