I'll close the confirmed list on Monday 13 Aug 2007 to order the food.

 

Those who can join us later (as in, not in list but came anyway), will have to fork out a little more so we can grap more food/drinks last minute. Since, last minute we cant get "wholesale" pricing for them, it's understandable rite? $2 not much anyway.

 

For disposables like cups, I'll issue them with your nick on it. I'll rather spend more $$$ on the food than wasting them on extra cups etc. So, dont throw them away unless you dun intend to drink anymore.

I have booked a bigger chalet (free entry), a 2 storey instead.

For room upgrade and BBQ pit I can pay for it lah.

Those who drinks, can sleep there, no enuff bed space, just hug each other.

The rest, makan all share share ok?

 

I have also arranged a place to park all our bikes. We have convoy from KKFC, need volunteers as well.

I know the route at the back of my hand...Will gove a map to convoy party helpers at KKFC.
