2B wearing full face a laughter?

i wear full face to protect my handsome face...wahhahahahhaha SERIOUS!! anyway ive been wearing full face since the day i passed till now n im not gonna stop wearing it.

i once skidded at the driving centre. i kinda knock my head against the ground. my cheap $25 sumo helmet's visor pop out. luckily nothing happened to my face. that incident made me decide to buy a full face helmet. i need my face in tact, have yet to get a bf lor. lol.

 

initially i was a bit self conscious too. but heck it lah. i invested $400 in one agv FF. i try to wear it as much as possible. honestly, i feel more secure with a FF. but i sometimes got stares but doesn't really bother me now.

 

btw, i ride a vespa.

 

my brother once told me he saw someone riding vespa with FF on the road (which is me), look like idiot. i just gave him my middle finger. what is wrong with getting protection for ur face???!!!

msia rides will be with a riding jacket as well..

 

my protective equiptments cost more than my bike ! haha.

 

if people who think 2b bikes look funny with fullface.. my question to u....

can your face or jaw take the impact if you u should fall even at 60km/h...

if got FF then anyhow ride is useless, must ride safe too, must beware of other vehicles also.

 

but FF will prevent serious injuries to your face in case of accident.

i dnt see anyting wrg lor. i wore a full face last time while riding my RXZ. pple laugh at me, say small bike wear full face for wat but the fact is tht when u get into an accident, the road or impact doesn't see wat kind of bike u r riding. 70km/h is enough to seriously injure you when involved in an accident & most bikes, no matter the size, are able to hit that speed.

 

there was someone i know tht laugh at me when i wore my full face helmet & leather jacket while riding my rxz. tht guy got involved in an accident, while on a 2B bike, & lost most of his teeth. now he cant even laugh much without showing his "full glory"

 

and no offence to those who spend so much on a open face arai or shoei helmet but i jus feel tht money cld be better spend on a mid range FF helmet, eg. OGK, HJC. no matter wat, a FF will provide more protection than an open face. I know 1 guy who regretted buying a arai ram 2 where he cld use tht money for a OGK. he said that aft he got involved with an accident who took out his 2 front teeth.

i only laugh at those riders who use those round cap helmet, usually seen on harley and vespa riders.

when i riding 2b bike, i normally wear half face. but that particular day, i wear full face. and i had to fall. just a slight tumble. then my friend on another bike right behind.....he banged right where my mouth is......now think about it without a full face.

 

full face on a 2b bike is not funny, but just makes the rider look a little wierd.

 

a colleague of mind comes to work everyday in full protective gear....head to toe.....other colleagues call him terminator....but safety comes first. he is a german by the way.

I think he's suggesting either you change the bike to go with the looks or change helmet to go with the bike thats the reason why they laugh anyway..looks..still I don't wear half caps like my friends on phantom..never found it nice,both bike and half cap

if the rider skill not good the TP day they won't pass him already. Even if he did he'll be waiting for accident or uncle to summon him for any wrong doing.

I think only during TP then cannot wear full face... Not too sure though but I've seen a Caucasian taking full face for his lesson too!
