Took a ride in my frenz FZ6... wonderful experience lor... stable n fun. But just a very short distance only.

 

but i think that kind is hard shell right? how and where u are going to mount it to?

 

so i guess u r really tempted for fazer liao hor?

it will be like:

- meet at GP esso at 8am

- morning bfast at yong peng at 9+am

- jalan to malacca outskirts

- malacca a&w for lunch

- enter malacca town for tourism attractions visits, photos or shoppings

- depart malacca at roughly 4pm or 5pm

- seafood in perling for dinner

- home sweet home

lol i didn't expect he allow me to try, I'm gan cheong too as I fail to move off from stationery twice.. and engine kept dying. Very pai seh.

since its a new bike i supposed there's nothing too much to worry about.. maybe do a physical check make sure they nv mishandle your bike, no knocks, paint drops.. ask for free gifts like bike cover etc. i bought my 2nd hand bike from asp and asked for raincoat, but its those very lousy kind. helmet they give open face so i dun bother. to me bike cover is the most practical. ask for top box, side box, racks..

 

having said so much, i actually nv bought a brand new bike before.

no difference. after 26 then u its different category age group .

from day 1 till 365 days later. its still squeaking. that's the traits of the original brake pads. The only solution is to change aftermarket brake pads.

yes... try EBC pads... u will love it but ur pocket will cries...

btw, jus pre-empt u, u might smell some rubber burning/melting smells on the 1st few days or so... it's absolutely normal, fyi...

i din get it from changi rd one. but.......... my bike will be from changi road one... black colour wit fairing..

 

I signed all papers le. he did tell me its a S1 model BUT on the paper that I signed, its stated that its 08 model. i am confused......

 

i still think u should get s2 instead si mi s1. plus the price u paying is damn high a few more k u able to get the latest model le be it08 or 09 model with or without abs. to me abs is crap loh, 2 wheel abs , fall jiu si fall de , si mi abs. even car with abs also tail gate loh, i personally tried it b4 on car. scare the hell out of me .

well.. s1 or s2, its still fz6. wit or without abs don really bother me too.. i ride my phantom and fishtail so many times, i already am used to the thrill swaying feeling of fishtailing le. Whahahaha! apply correct braking techniques, u wont even need to care if u have abs. ^_^

May i know roughly how much you are looking at for your pipes?

 

sorry guess temporary not letting go le... cash all strapped up for new stuffs...

 

however got a couple of other stuffs letting go in garage sales.

 

-Givi Engine Guard(black colour)

-customised frame sliders to mount in additional to the engine guard.

-Ermax Double Bubble windshield
