If you like FZ6-N, maybe you can also enquire for the XJ6-N too, but whether they are bringing in or not I'm not so sure. But I did see them having road test on a yellow one couple of months back.

I've a 2007 FZ6 black fairings, looking to trade for 2008 FZ6 silver + top up from mi.

My bike has been washed & waxed regularly since day 1 on rd, nomral wear & tear is expected but no cracks.

 

Just wish to have a new colour scheme, so interested pls PM mi with contact.

if possible some pics of yr bike as a reference.

Look carefully bro, at least the pillion wouldn't get a little bit of warmness from the underseat on this bike. And I think it's default that the bellypan comes with it.

i still prefer my one, fz6 fazer. pillion can feel the warmness when she feel cold! and got vibration too! wahahaha!

hi all, me now riding spec 2 gg for my class 2 tp soon in june. v tempted to get fazer series but not sure wat to buy for fazers 1000 or 600.. after reading found that fazer 600 are more fun to ride than 1000.. is it true?

today i been to bike production to enqiure about the fazer600, was quote 14.5k otr with 1.2k insurance (21yrs old) they said they will take in my spark FBB plate in for 4k (which he ask me to name the price)

i got my 08 model S series at 13.5k otr including $800 insurance TPFT (26 yrs old), 2 mths ago... for your reference... : )

also, i heard from HL that 09 model is more expensive than 08 model... it's the next shipment after mine... if yours is 09 model, then i might see the point in here... : )

Just my 5 cent advice,

not very financially advisable to ride a class 2 bike when ure a student....summore ure intention to get 2nd hand...

God knows what the bike has went through with previous owner, so breakdown and repair will follow which in turn equals to more money spend.

another point to take note man. i'm facing the same problem like you do. why not wait awhile till you POP then consider a fazer?

if not the 2-3 months are kinda wasted if you park there and cant touch it.

but its your choice! you shall be my advisor next year. HAHA!

either i buy it this yr, paid finish before i go in army or wait til army come out find a stable job save the money FULL CASH! haha i dun like installment bike is not mine and the hassle of going back everytime

If i were you, i will wait till after army.

 

Imagine this, the first 3 months you can only ride after you book out and go home. Parking your class 2 bike there for weeks without touching may also attract some unnecessary attention.

 

Then what if you go to command sch (e.g. SISPEC, OCS). SISPEC aka "suffer in silence plus extra confinement", 3 months BSLC, 3 months ASLC. OCS is 9 months cadet trainee. How long are you going to park your bike there man...

 

btw i own a bike during my army days and when i was a trainee at BMTC, SISPEC then signals, 9 months nv really ride much(9 months 400km). It's really wasted to buy a class 2 and park there, pay month installments, road tax, insurance. Even in the units, i'm a stay in personnel so that's even sad. But cos i was then riding a spark so it's ok. Only thing is when you are in the units then booking out is faster.
