u sure not? wen i was a teen, i got remember sum1 telling me an ambulance got kena accident before.. was an NSF driving it i tink.. he beat d traffic light den hit car lor.. i forget already wat happen to him, d patient n d rest in d ambulance.. but i noe accident got happen before for ambulance also..

 

And i saw once a police petrol car drove onto a road divider(kerb)...

glad to hear that u're all rite after going thru 3 narrow misses.. i think some ppl riding s4(and other makes) wanna prove that their bike is 'satu atas' compared to the rest..

 

i'm a s4 spec II rider myself..i get ppl trying to chio me to race (along orchard rd on a sat nite somemore!! ) i think they dun get it that there's always a place and time to whack ur bike...my pillions always ask me y i dun play with them..there's no point in playin with them coz den i'll be putting everyone's life at risk.. i rather let him/her 'win' and i go home safe and sound..

 

i ever had this instructor told me this on the end of my last class 2 lesson..

'it doesn't matter what bike u're riding..can be a 1300cc or a 125cc. a good and skilled rider is one who manages to get from point A to B without getting involved or causing an accident.'

 

Well said bro,i agree with u 100%. I hate tis kind of rider, even worse if he/she has a pillion. Endanger on their own is their problem,

Knn...today this 3 tonner never give me chance. he never signal and go left & right lane. In front of me got this YBR 125 guy signal left wanna overtake the lorry but this big guy suddenly swerve left lah..the uncle brake siao and he raise his hand. Upon seeing this I also buay tahan I overtake him and horn at him showing gesture like USE UR BRAIN SEE SIDE MIRROR. he realized and show his apology. I suspect he sleepy...coz his face like Half Dead never sleep. I wear half-mask so he cannot cham my face

haha nowadays the new civic also quite fierce...clock one yesterday nite CTE wit my speedo...im chasing it at more than 170km/h before i need to filter to merge TPE..just now also one more civic broad daylight clocking more than 130 on the KJE chasing me...

i guess the moral of the story is to keep our eyes open big big and pay attention to the road situation ard u..i guess we riders really should check our mirrors regularly and try to pre-empt wat e other drivers n riders might do so we can react in time..

 

u bros ever rode in a lane and there's this vehicle in front of u but in the next lane..somehow u will know that the vehicle is abt to enter ur lane although there isn't any sign the driver might do so and the driver did enter ur lane soon after that thought entered ur mind?

 

this is wat i mean by being able to read what the other drivers might do..

 

the main aim of having our own transport instead of going public is the convenience and not to race..e main goal should be gettin from point A to point B safely..

Eh... my speeding mostly its in NSH. Got petrol run sure clear meter... but local... license hard to earn leh... 170 local chase cheebic... hmmm...

I more frequently got misconstrued... I normally ride fast but not too aggressively... with definitely no intentions at all to prove anything or challenge anyone on the road... I am just enjoying my ride I guess...

 

Unfortunately, there are always those who, dunno why, feel challenged and thinking that I intend to make them feel small or show I'm better or something.. some gave chase and gave me one kinda look but I just ignore and continue enjoying my ride... that is what I am spending my money on my bike for what... to enjoy riding it... of course with much reservation and "NOT THAT DANGEROUSLY"!(As seen on TV) ...hee hee...

 

Found those bikes bigger than mine more frequently offended than my peers or smaller... it appears that the younger we are the more tendency of getting offended... I was young before... I know... I guess they will just grow out of that behaviour...

 

My advice is... just because someone is riding hard does not mean anything specifically intended at you... just dun 'perasan' that any of them actually regard you as a worthy challenger to race with just by spending less than a second going by you... just ride they way you like and dun get affected by other rode users as much as you can...

 

Emotional stability is important on the road... Cheers to All!!!

nvr in my life i've encounter such stupid rider speed past me closely at the speed of 100++ (coz my meter show i;m riding at nearly 100km/h).. nvr in my life happening to me. but yesterday in the evening at 1845hrs was riding along aye xpressway exit to jln boon lay. i was at the xtreme right lane n bout to filter left. wen i was bout to check my blindspot, jus turn my head alittle to the left, a speed demon juz pass me like a flash.. i was so shocked n wonder wat in the earth is he doing tht!!! the road was so empty y muz speed passs me at close range???? 3 lane empty n yet got the nerves to speed close to me. this is untinkable of tht blue s4 n unimaginable wat culd hv happen to me.. hiazz... after wat hd happen a few minutes ago, my ride all the way home sucks big time.. such a bad evening for me... btw i'm not going to curse him but he'll know someday n tht particular day will open his very eyes n minds...!!!!

When I told a fren(he's not a SBF guy and 40yrs old virgin. hahaha) of mine about this plate FBC944, he said he actually knw the plate. coz he too kena by the rider. He said the rider dunno why like disturb him play2 tailgate his Daelim 125. Maybe he mistook my fren bike for SUPER4.

 

He said he got kena near Ten Mile Junction there. He said luckily his BAD BOYs days are over. If not he sure play along. hahaha.

 

I everyday pass by that road to work. if I see him. hehehe...play time. if can catch up to him should I tell him to go to Singaporebikes.com n check this thread? or just said "EVERYBODY is thirsty for ur blood...arrrr!"

actually its rider problem..seriously 90km/h at nite can easily fall asleep...even on my s4 last time..whole stretch of highway u r the only bike...try KJE inthe middle of the nite u will get wat i mean..
