Hi peeps,

I have just bought a KRR today... it is FX plate (abt 2 yrs 6 months old) and going for $2800. Include the 2nd party insurance and road tax and gst... all add up and final figure is $3200.

The mileage is abt 57000.

Have only one owner before.

 

Any comments on the purchase?

 

And also what are the stuff I should ask from the shop owner?

I only request for a P plate and raincoat.... what else should I ask from the owner?

dunno bout the rest but i think u got urself a bargain ah bro..mine fw plate bike cost me a total of $4.3k..insurance 2nd party also and they give free helmet and canvas (or however u spell it)..

hmmm.. i always felt that the higher the mileage, the more the bike engine is prone to spoil... is it true? i bought mah fy few mths back around 1 and a half year, and already 32,000km.. now already 35,000km... im so worried each time i ride far far.. =[

Program: Will be riding to Taman Garden to eat and other good food cum sight seeing + walkwalk + motorshop Not sure if the food is halal but please come along if you don't mind having seafood (minus the pork of course). All are Welcome!

 

Situations: Blurz will lead us the way to Taman Garden, volunteer riders will stop at the junction of each filter lane or toll as marshals. Blurz will contact each rider in the list through handphone sms for trip cancel if the weather is not suitable for riding

i bought mine last may and the road tax ends on november so they give mine 6 mths only..of coz got gst..bike on-the-rd price actually only $4k then i monthly installment for 3 yrs total $4.6k...kana chop until rabak man..

hAhAx got mindset almost as sAme as mine...scAred old bike will give more problem..tAts why i bought fx plAte but actually it depends really on previous owner and uself lah...if u noe how to tAke cAre of ur bike properly sure got not much problem and if the previous owner lAst time tAke good cAre of the bike even lAgi better...

gd for u if u very hArdworkin in cleAnin and tAkin cAre of ur bike..as for me im very lAzy one..wAsh bike only every fortnight, if i even bother to do it...but now my speedo meter not werkin and the right signAl light also not werkin properly..the top speed light very long gone already..must be the wiring..damn!

fx plate but mileage 570000? wah...travel alot leh...mine fv plate but mileage 310000...hehee... ask for free overhaul..hahaha...just kidding.. u got a month of engine warranty right?
