The price doesn't matter that much..What's important is the engine and parts? The bike may have a new plate FBA or FZ but if previous owner always whack on the track? Engine sure short life..Never judge a bike by the plate judge it by its internals..Since you've bought it..One thing I wanna ask you is..Did you go there with someone with bike experience? As for free stuff..You should always ask for helmet..Its just not right to buy a bike and never get a helmet..Even if its a cheap ass helmet..Things that you can ask for..Raincoat..2T..Helmet..Some fixing here and there..Just about anythin..It all depends on how glib your tongue is..

I go to the bike shop myself and did not test the bike. See, get and go lor.... Dunno why the shop owner look very happy to see me with a sparkle in his eyes... He tell me all original parts...

 

Yesterday when I got my bike, I noticed that there is alot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust... The owner says all kawa like this one... so I go to my bike mechanic and he check my bike.... told me something like crankshaft broken... basically I think some internal parts gone liao...

 

Well, too happy to finally got a bike at that time to be angry with the shop owner... anyways, send my bike for repainting, change rear tyre, change handle grip, change the original side lights to the flatter lights, all in all abt $850...

 

Total to finally put my bike is now at abt $4000

 

hmm... dunno what other new problems will pop up....

Anyone knows how many sets of bike key will you get when you purchase a second hand bike?

 

I only given one.... the shop owner told me to duplicate the key myself if want more....

 

Hmm... anyone knows what security features to put on the bike to prevent it from being stolen? In the first place, are all kawa bike keys different i.e can I use one kawa bike key to start the engine of another kawa bike?

bike key is just one to start the bike, open ur oil tank, and open ur rear pillion seat.....ur key cannot start my bike...

once i finally hands on my bike in 2 weeks time, maybe i meet up with you guys. I need some tips on handling and maintaining a kawa ^^

I think your 2T open too big already..Find someone who stay close to you that knows about bikes (KR) ask him help you make the 2T smaller..If make smaller still got alot of smoke then maybe your 2T pump spoil already..But its not likely..Just adjust and make the 2T smaller..But not too small..

my key can start 2 of my fren's bike.... den a fren of mine can only open my tank, but not the ignition.. "COOL" huh??

went to the shop tAt i bought my bike from and they chArge me $20 to chAnge the temperAture strip bcoz i hAd the sAme problem as urs..

just fyi, the last digit for the odometer (its usually in different colour, not sure about krr thou) is for 'hundreds of meters'. so if its '800000' its 80k km
