the valve i talking abt is when you drag more dan 7.1 rpm to 7.3 rpm depen on the valve setting mine is ard 7.2 rpm there is a valve that will open for more fuel intake so the bike will rush forward. the way u mention seem like your valve open all the way never close that why at low rpm below 7 too much fuel too lean so became no power. did you ever try going beyong 7 rpm or more? u mention cannot surge forward mean what? the speed or the rpm stuck there cant go up? sometime when not warm up also like that one the valve like want to open but cannot open. think u better push to bike shop for a check. before you say baby kawa cant perform. kawa is a really good bike so far i try compare to sp.

What i mean is the speed stuck there. i used to drive a honda and when vtec kick in at 6, the car will have a boost. i thought bike also around there so never really go over rpm 7

baby kawa also got but its not call vtec its call k-tec haha only after 7 or more dan got the boost but carefull hold on tight or not wait u wheelii up and fly haha.. try its u will know.

my second gear also no power, go until 30+km stop surging forward already and engine sound very loud.

hey guys... how do you go about opening valve? My kr produces alot of smoke so a friend suggested I try open valve... I tried la, I did 8rpm at gear 4, nothing... so change up to gear 5... 140km/h also like nothing... Not sure what rpm, I think it was abt 7+... If I'm not mistakened, the bike will open valve at around those rpm right? And that when it happens, the bike will surge forward or something like that? Was wondering how come I didn't feel anything today... For the time being, I don't dare to go beyond 140km/h

 

But at least the smoke problem has gotten better... I don't have a cloud trail following me on the expressway

Sometimes when I go days without "running" the bike, I would ride along a long road on gear 2 and just ride on 8rpm. The valve opens at 7rpm. At 8rpm confirm fully opened. When u want to clear carbon, dun drag on gear1 because it's frickin' noisy and if u dun want to speed, den dun drag on higher gears too. I usually drag on gear 2 or 3. Perfect for carbon clearing sessions.

it's very hard to define faster... if u wanna say stock then krr is a very good 2b bike... i think most will agree...

Open valve? Its on the rite sidecovered by a triangular piece of rubber..Open the metal thing and put matchstick so your valve always open la..Ahaha..

 

Wow 140km/h..I haven't even reach 120 yet..Must impart your skills to me..
