2 possible scenarios...

a) Engine is not warmed up enough, hence your centrifugal governor does not allow the valve to activate

b) power valves are jammed.

Hi Guys! Do u all know hw much it cost to overhaul the engine?? Thanks

The final bill really depends on which items are replaced. Full overhaul can also include crankshaft replacement, bearings as well...

Go to the good guys at Racewerks, Block 1005, Bukit Merah Lane 2, #01-18. They do a decent job and are highly recommended.

How about spending more on grippier tires, since you're so "performance" orientated? Only $155 for a pair of BT39SS.

Focus on getting the right size tire is more important than getting the biggest tires.

This I can't answer you. I've always been on the SS version as I feel my life is worth more than a few tens of dollars savings.
