eh huh. u'r using a size 130/70 meziler for yr KRR Rear? That's oversized if you want to know...

Stock size is 110/80-17(rear).. However, many tyres manfacturers doesn't do that size..

Nearest size for the rear is 120/80-17 Or 100/80-17 Rear tyres

Nike - Just do it!

n btw where can get d cheapest bt39 or tt900 tyre?n how much does it cost to change 1 tyre rather den 2?n hor must d front tyre b of the same brand as that of d rear?

Its always better to change in pairs... both BT39 and TT900 are common and good tyres for KRR/SP. HKL/Ah Bee selling @ $150 for 1 pair.. Changing 1 tyre only is costly.. i think ~$80 for front ~$110 for rear.. something like that.. not very sure.

But i know its not worth it loh...

Think shall ask Ivan to tell us more..... :cheeky:

hmm...

Usually the rear runs out faster than the front.. because theres more weight at the rear...

Someone told me before that the ratio of changing the tyres is front:rear 1:3

Also, i think u should know that the tyre pressure and the weight of rider/pillion will affect lifespan of the tyres..

May not be entirely true. I bought only the rear (120/80) BT39SS for about $80 if I remember correctly at LAB.

By the way, any guy/gal here keen on Boyesan 2 stage reed valves for the KRR? I have previously put up an ad in Garage Sales but have been attracting lots of "Interested" people have have been repeatedly "Putting aeroplane".

Once you install these in your bike, throttle response is vastly improved (Better pickup). GENUINELY interested people please PM me your contact number.
