leak where ?

 

'o-ring' ? wads that ?

 

leak from carb.. :)

 

o-ring is inside your carb.. hard to explan.. it's O in shape and it's rubber.. lolx..

 

where can i find diff colours of lever ? clutch,brake lever

hi guys, is it normal to have unburnt 2t leaking out from my exhuast pipe joint ?

btw, guys i have an issue. i tried my kr this afternoon. not yet full trottle can go 150 with ease but after i went in msia to clear 2T carbon in my pipe. after that i come back sg full throttle top speed 120 only leh. how sia guys? my wiring got abit problem netral light keep on and signal light won't blink. planning to rewire them. but will wiring problem affect my top speed? thanks!

 

wiring "might" affect.. but.. your wiring worsen after they touch your bike or? Or is it your battery going low batt?

 

lastly, you only decarb ar? what else did you do? if only decarbon.. I could only think of, "they did not put in your stomach nicely"... thus the lost of power in higher speed..

bro i tot endcan tip got unbunt 2t then norm. he tokking about block exhaust joint i think, there shouldnt leak right. i so far hav not seen one ah tts y.

i noe 2 stroke no matter how swee swee setting end can tip will be 'wet' with 2t not puddle, puddle means oil setting high ready.

@adesmond2 bro I only change wheel bearing and tire only, I also tried spinning the wheel no tight or anything wrong. Den and decarb exhaust that's all. I also suspect maybe stomach nv or exhaust nv put properly. I asked my friends they also not sure. For my wiring before that already abit sot sot alr. My neutral light cannot go off one. And the light for the 2T indicator is at bottom of speedometer right, also cannot go off. I check my 2T, inside still have... Anybody still can diagnose any other possible issues?

@tips_help yah black oil from that part is 2T. I think normal leh. I also have last time but coz my pipe just burn off all carbon currently don have lol. Yah and 2T bike must whack else engine not good and carbon stuck den alOt white smoke.

And oh when I was able to hit 150kph I was using caltex 95. And after I decarb I pump msia esso 95. Don think it will make so much difference right...

Chck ur wiring + chck ur valve.. Mayb ur valve jam.

I think i need change casket..was told by few diff ppl i shud...cos my pipe e start which the stomach connects to..leaking black oil.. its 2T right.

And my 2T pipe..a bit not tight ..leaking down and end up drip from stomach.Smally patch but always..

Anyway whats e rice range for a casket?

its actually some black oil. haokr told me its unburnt 2t.

The leak is actually at the part where the Silver end can is tightened to the black tingy.

 

if thats the case i suspect, the joint and tight enough. if u go shop they will unscrew then put some glue then tighten. then should leak

its not ex bro and most of the time they wont put gasket instead they put glue and tightened the endcan to stomach like ****. stomach to block if never put tight will leak. but a very slight leak is fine ah but buest not leak from block till endcan

I get this a bit, and to me it looks like 2T dripping from the end of the inner pipe and into the outer silver pipe, then running down on the inside until it gets to the bottom joint. Make sense? I figured there's nothing I can do about it...

tire.. What tire you change? what's the size?

Exhaust might have issue while they are not tighten properly..

 

wiring, netrual light cannot go off?? o.O have to open up your speedo and see..

i have problem with my valve too.. when it is jammed/stucked. ur bike will sound different. will become very hollow sound and when u on throttle , instead of accelerating u will see ur RPM drop den stucked at certain number.

decarbonise can only be done at shop?

 

yup.. and only in MY.. SG not allowed by NEA as it's pollution - $70 fine if your bike produce too much smoke.. LOL..

Hmmm... 80/100... Maybe your tire does affect.. test your valve.. Valve- once hit RPM 7.5 or higher, your bike will lose power, so instead of going up.. you are going down on your RPM.. Gear 3 and above den rev..

clear carbon = decarbon = Take out exhaust, use super huge fire, (blue fame) burn into your stomach and your end can..
