becarful dun 4got to pay/renew,if u plain postphone 1 month;after that lta will force u to scrap bike...(if i not remember wrongly)

anyway, it's 1k fine.. + renew COE's price.. so dun play play..

hey guys question here. At KR carb area. There's a positive screw for idling and a negative screw for air intake. Is it correct? How should I tune it? Mine like abit run off. Starting my bike, no choke cannot start so i increase air intake, slowly i adjust then now cock up already. omg. new year coming, shops closing...

any pros here can guide on how to get a right air/fuel mixture for my carb?

I gotten this knowledge from 1~2 of the pros here..

perfect air/fuel mixture need to waste 2 or more plug..

1st, get a bike shop to tune.. normally they will tune to MORE fuel/less air so that piston will not jam.. So you just have to open air abit more like 1/8 turns..

den ride normally until bike fully warm up (all gear used + high rev till RPM 10).. change spark plug immediately after bike stops, high rev to RPM 10 once you start the bike den off immediately, take out plug.. the metal ring must be all black.. retune again and again until you got the "perfect" circle..

*the plug must be new when you are going to high rev.. old one cannot.. because we need the silver thingy to judge..

TO MY FREN, REGARDING THE WORKSHOP CLINIC THAT Hassan Uday TALKED ABOUT FEW MONTHS AGO, he is ready to teach us anytime.. i just need to gather whoever's interested, set a date n place.
For a start he's gonna teach us real basic stuff like chain tightening, change spark plug n engine oil [which i dont know all that].....

i have the basic tools required. just bunch of interested people. other riders like r150 r free to join too. if u have any krr rider fren but not in this group can bring them along too...

if u r interested kindly comment or msg me or Hassan Uday...

can msg me at my fb 'Kergfkraugfaker LamShah'
or the guru himself @ fb 'Hassan Uday'

on choke, kick start until it start up automatic.. dun turn throttle..

if failed, wash carb/ change spark plug.. =)

0.0 piston jam? i turn the idle thing higher abit, cause previously after the mech do my idleing too low keep dieing if i on headlight.. traffic light all will die off.. any risk cause i turn the idle thing higher?

last week just changed e.o and spark plug. Just realised the smell from the pipe is very smelly.. different from what I used to smell last time.

or is it theres something wrong internally?

idling is ok.. it increase your fuel/air intake.. no problem on that..

piston jam only when not enough fuel.. most of the mech will make it more fuel..

EO will affect very slightly.. the main ones are 2T only..

I've just ended the call with LTA, renewal of COE has to be done asap.. you can renew now, they wun makan your money because..

PQP = average past 3 months bidding price = the price we pay

Dec PQP is for Jan's COE expiry

Jan PQP is for Feb's COE expiry (we fall under here)

Feb PQP is for Mar's COE expiry..

Even if we willing to pay the fine(within 1 month) which is S$50.. we cannot renew the next month.. have to pay for the previous month..

if you exceed more than 1 month never scrap nor renew your bike, 1k fine will come and follow by court case..

err for the burnt smell hor.. is those chao ta smell that we are familiar of? or something special? oh ya.. when i change my eo hor.. i got my 2t tank checked also. cos that time leaking.. mech took out wash with petrol den placed it in water to see if theres leakage.. if i am not wrong. he dint dry it . n just install and pour back my 2t. could the leftover water or petrol be the cause of the smell?

just now i go smell. better than ytd already.. lols funny bike =x
