hi desmond, may i know how to adjust clutch biting point?are we suppose to have a filter in the air box?cos mine doesnt have one.

 

clutch - on your left there's a big thing that can be turn with a certain amount of strength... using pliers helps.. :)

Turn the "smaller one away from you, and use the big one to tighten back.. *if do wrongly, your bike will fly on first gear.. so PLEASE, press and hold brake while testing gear 1..

 

airbox filter by right, yes..but nowadays people tend to go for more speed and etc thus remove the filter.. even i dun have filter.. lolx.. with filter, your carb can last 6~12 months and wun get dirty.. without filter, estimated 3~6 months need to wash carb one time.. :)

From most expensive mods onwards 1) port block 2) carb jet setting 3) Remove air filters (usually already remove unless your previous owner wan to keep stock) - after remove air filter,

ooo ok thanks for the info.. on the clutch u are saying turn it toward the lever or towards the meter? will getting k&n filter help? my rpm at top gear 100 km/h is ard 7000 is tt bad?

lol.. turn looser first.. i can't remember as well.. I dun touch my clutch thingy for no reason.. hahaha..

err, that filter wun help because it's mushroom filter.. it give more speed but airbox need to be removed..

Ori krr sport rim front and back wif battlax tire going for $100( gold colour)

Krr block wif. Piston all $250

Krr airbox nvr drill hole n its empty inside no sponge all $20

Krr front mud guard $10

Oh, if i change carb will be better? top servicing did b4 le. Nv clear carbon b4. Soon will be go clear since pipe need spray black.

yes. stock jets will be good enough. unless you racer in need of alot of power when riding. change your jets will affect fc. and might foul your plug too. as least it happened to mine. dont think need to change the carb unless carb spoil or you filthy rich.

er. i believe you can trial and err yourself. wats your sprocket size etc. it all affects your speed at the same rpm. and also the speedometer is not that accurate for krr. eg. travelling at 100kph might not be the real 100kph. as your friend with car / bigger bikes to pace you. will be more accurate.

 

pls correct me if i'm wrong. :)

Yo! Was just reading the ZX4 thread for fun earlier. Fancy seeing u here too.

 

hi hi next question.. where is the best place for servicing?like good and avg price?? how many types of servicing are there?sorry noob.

 

I know little. I only know basic servicing and full servicing. Basic is probably just change spark plug, eo and wash carb. Prices depend on what u do and what u change lor.
