u mean the header? If its header, just go jb decarbonized then they respray for u high temp spray.

Spray before with high temp spray but only last like 2 weeks =(

Water went in ... could lots of possible .. my was head cask ... break .. it could be oil seal ... and much more ... can give more detail ... etc ... engine too hot during long run ?? weird sound ?? all this info could narrow down to simple trouble shoot
