As mention, if you planning to go more than 150km/h, do consider if you wanna use that tire. [

What do you think? cos im just having the bike to get me to school travelling at 90-110 oni

As for tyres, I have used battalax 39, Dunlop tt900gp race , maxxis something.

Dunlop and battalax, both very good but Dunlop last longer and their tyres are generally a little wider so better stability.

Maxxis was quite as good as the other 2 but I scared to go as deep as them in corner but good enough for general cornering. Wet weather was very good for straight, cornering ok ok but again didnt go deep. Take very long time to wear out.

So for general riding I would definitely recommend maxxis but get the good one. I not sure which 1 I got.

As for 2t, if it lasts u from 1000km to 1500km. Gd ready. if you dont whack u can tune here and there to achieve 1250km o 1750 km. I tuned mine once to last me around 7 full tanks and my mileae was 28kmpl. occasional whacking and all. trust me it can be achieved if u tune swee swee.

As for premix or not depends on if u want track or racing. For Singapore road, pump is more then enough. If u still want to premix, then u just need to close the 2t hose from the pump going to carb with a screw from both sides. Then reject your carb can ready. This gives u the versatility to revert back if u change your mind but u must make sure the pump is still relatively clean and drain out all the 2t and cover the 2t tank so dirt and stuff don,t go in.

tq...btw for 2t...is it better to premix or use 2t pump?? thought want to premix....1 litter petrol = 25 ml cn??

2t container must take out or just leave it empty will do?

As per STFU,

Not so recommended to go premix unless you need to go "racing" or touring..

Even while touring, we only "add" 2T instead of remove the 2T pump - no 2T equal to spoilt all 2T equipment..

No need to do premix..

No point..

That pump is there to help you with a precise 2t lubrication to the piston..

If you still wanna go for premix, some people overhaul to remove the 2t mechanism plus the reservoir which i dont see any advantage on spending extra $$ just create more hassle..

What STFU is trying to say is, our bike doesn't restrict the speed, but "what if" you need that speed suddenly? and that's what he's trying to say..

Tires restricting speed? that means at certain speed the tires would not "grip" the floor.. that sounds not so good to me.. LOL..

Lastly, down to each person..

some people look at $$$

some look at safety

Lastly, some goes for in-between.. :)

engine oil has got nothing to do with exhaust sound. spark plug change could result in better combustion but i dont see a reason for a exhaust sound change. describe the sound how much louder, high pitch or low pitch or rattling sound and all.
