the jam part usually is rpm 9..

for those who complain about FC.. your valve might be jam open at 5.. that means doesn't close (or install wrongly).. but again.. need to see then know bah.. otherwise, it's your carb..

RPM cable snap.. very very common.. 

Speedo cable also snap easily de..

yeah.. really easily feel one..

RPM 5 abit.. RPM 7 huge surge..(suddenly power all come) RPM 9 not much (just to let you continue until rpm 11)

I now riding 4 stroke MT03.. thus HUGE different with valve and without.. hahaha...I go until rpm 9 with MT03 also dun feel any surge.. KRR immediately felt it...

The connection near the front sprocket gear. There will be 2 contact points. See if its dirty or loose. If not, it could be your wire harness is old and sot alr. 

 

Btw you asked if i saved alot by DIY, yes i saved alot.

change light bulb.. haha.. very common also..

my friend rode about 5 different KRR all no engine/top gear light.. When I show him mine, he's confused...

yeah.. can check if it's dirty or loose.. but most likely light bulb blown.. our krr no electricity stabiliser..

 

definitely save alot.. hahaha,, 

carb wash - save $35 each time

spark plug (buy from ah boy $7 vs change at shop $15)

and etc etc..

teach from beginning quite hard.. haha.. if you wan, I can teach you how to dismantle your fairings/fuel tank to access your airbag/carb.. very very easy one.. compared to my current bike.. =.=

you choose

1 macdonald meal - mc chicken meal 

OR

coffeeshop 1 yam bun + 1 ice coffee 

Time needed to dismantle, 5min.. teaching, 30min you should be able to know how to dismantle already.. haha...

2) Pipe.. I would propose to try your luck first if there's no welding marks on your belly.. if there is, change ba.. but stock exhaust.. is extremely hot...

Usually I scared inspection only. Outside if I see TP or LTA or NEA, Usually close throttle. If possible, park and walk away. . Last 23rd I kena stop at immigration by fking NEA, letter came with summon for 70!!!

Usually end can with no screws means un touched. And I'm not referring to the screws to secure to the pipe and footrest
