Weigh the consequences first. Not worth it. Wanna speed, don't be afraid. Wanna be afraid, don't speed.

tot he was a professional waker. he post stuff...all the previous forum-ners all suddenly appear and start to post.

Maybe Waker is good enough. I've always thought he irritates them enough for them to awake from their thousand year old sleep.

That's the fork oil cap (Not seal). Just get a new replacement cap (Unless your seals are busted as well resulting in leaking oil). Touch your forks, are they oily? If not, it's cheap. (For goodness sake, I don't think any of us works in motortiams so please people, stop asking how much!)

okie ... thanks for ya advice ...

i tml go n molest my fork :cheer:

but wat is seal ??? where is my seal arh...

any1 tried using maxima cool-aide for yr KRR? am gonna DIY tom, wanna hear sum feedback....thanks....

while riding kips all that was inside my radiator 100% distilled water nothing else

suppose to top up alittle water-wetter to mix but changed b4 could do so

in my 0.02 cents opinion it was running fine without any aided chemical be it

whether running low-end or 'afterburner' stage but william from racewerk say

would be advisable to mix some can someone with chemical background confirm

this

1 thing to take note is when using distilled 1 must constantly monitor the water

level and top up religously or face the consequences

both me and my friend's fireblade400, fireblade929 and sp running on 100%

distilled water reflected low temp in ride

if ya temp gauge needle is pointing alittle more than half its norm

other than that flushing of radiator is required and top up with distilled water

should be much more better after :thumb:

 i tot using 100% distilled water is corrosive to the cooling system... and isn't running yr engine @ too low of the temperature gonna make yr engine lose power(Hp)?? i am noob so just wanna clarify...thanks....

thats why distilled water is used to prevent corrosion

colder air produce more 'hp' which why performance cars have air filters extended to the bonnet to suck in fresh cold air

ever occured to ya why the ride runs so much better in the wee mornin

i tot distilled water alone is the cause of corrosion??? i tot must add sumthing else to prevent corrosion, guess tat's where coolant comes in to the picture...

Please start your bike after you changed your coolant. Open the radiator cap before you start, check the water level, rev the engine a little (It should drop), top it up, repeat till it stabilises. This helps to prevent air bubbles within your coolant system.

refer to http://www.singaporebikes.com/forum/index....topic=3438&st=0

after draining out the existing coolant...

some pple like to flush w/ mixture of vinegar + water

but lazy pple like me simply flush w/ distilled water

after that secure back the drainplug then topup w/ whatever u prefer (green coolant + distilled water OR distilled water only OR waterwetter + distilled water)

:goodluck:
