seldom reply but seen i reply to 1 of them, so just to let u get know. for inspection white light is a confirm PASS 1. only hid is not allow, but if the bike/car comes with a hid then is original. for a whitelight bulb its cost ard 10 to 12 but for the high end brand is 68 per pair.

Ahaha..I also scared..So now must make bike all legal..If not pass never kena fine..Just need to go for another inspection again..Was thinking of goin to an inspection a.s.a.p. So can extend my road tax..

no need take out fairing one lahz... got 2 allen key screw at the front... after that 2 screw have to disconnet all the cable including the rpm cable and speedo cable and also the electric connectors... then an take the whole meter out liao...

I think he meant Continental City Tyres..Heard of it before..No idea how it holds up tho..

voodoo? what do u mean by bad condition? voodoo, can u tell us what are the modification or changes u made to ur bike such as u use racing footrest, tong the pipe or anything arh..just tell..i wanna noe what modification are passed and what are not...

i tink i found a way to actually prevent our exhaust belly from rusting already.

 

if you have taken chemistry before, there is this method called scarificial corrision on the principle of the reactivity series of metals. zinc and magnesium is more reactive compared to iron therefore when connected together thru welding on our exhaust belly, it will actually rust in the place of our iron exhaust belly.

 

please visit this Iron Rusting/Corrision Protection for more detail.

 

this is actually worth a try, weld a piece of zinc or magnesium onto our exhaust belly and that will help prevent it from rusting. i dun mind trying. anyone up for it?

Good reasearch..But from the top of my head I remember about magnesium being very reactive..So I don't think you can weld magnesium unless you wanna burn your house down..

mybike not at ah beng shop liao...early post i ans u already,tong pipe can pass but not the endcan.racing footrest already can pass. tzm 3 in 1 tail light also can pass.dun have faring also can pass..my front got brake light but my back brake not have brake also can pass..white smk abit also can pass..lever broken also can pass.white light confirm can pass(not hid)..
