hohoho... jus buy one yellow light and leave it at home lor... then use white light... cos more chio... then when inspection comes, can ownself change... very very easy to change one... lol...

 

for the paintwork, i think put one or two colour as base then enough already... the rest can use stickers... then when u wanna change design or wat then still can take out the stickers and paste new ones... lol... mine also all paste stickers one... when i get from bikeshop, only got green and black... then ownself paste lor... lol... not too expensive also... can buy from holiday plaza at msia... got lots of variety there... reasonable price also...

 

but even for one colour, $280 is cheap already.... other bike shop charge around $300 and above... i am a poor chap... wanna do new paint work also no money.... =( lol... but i think that white colour is nice... then paste black stickers... lol... nice nice...

anyone knows how to open up the speedometer?

mine the plate cracked and i thought of supergluing it back but like cannot open the casing leh... i see two allen screws on it but cannot seem to find a suitable size allen key

What I heard from my dad is that you can just renew road tax..So when your insurance want to expire renew insurance..Unless somehow you can renew road tax and make sure it expires almost same time as insurance then that is much convenient..I'm also facing the same "problem" so now must renew road tax..Next year then renew insurance..Anywho..How do I strike off the second name in my insurance?

 

As for paintwerk..I think like a bit wasted if you get one color (4-5 colours for $280) and pay $280..I have a design in mind and think its gonna be a unique one but its kinda too simple for a $280 price tag..Maybe got more ideas can add..Like the rear ferring and front or bottom must got some simple design also..Then like worth the $280! Ahaha..

 

As for the headlight..Shop say can pass..I see the light at nite (when turned on) like bright and not yellow (at least to me it isn't) How yellow is yellow? Like the yellow lamps on the side of the road yellow? Or a bit white?

i buy bike on 16 may..i got 1 year of insurance and 6 months of road tax valid.. road tax ends in november 2006 and insurance ends 15 may 2007..

 

so can i just extend the road tax like tat only?

very ma fan arh to take out the speedometer...u have to take out the front fairing den u can get access to the speedometer and its casing..

remove side fairing den the tank..after that u can see the spark plug at the block area there..but be careful when u take out the tank.. got wires attached to it..might as well ask shop to do it for u..

if your road tax ends on 15 nov then you can just extend it... cos when you extend for 6 mths it will end on 15 may which is still covered by your insurance
