Reducing the bending moment of the mount by drilling may help a bit but a simpler solution if you have a minitripod for your camera you can just tie with string to the centre of your handlebars, with the cam hopefully peeking over the top of the windshield.

I have other ideas I can put on paper and talk about - maybe you can organise a 'how to mount camera' meetup in the weekend/nights and I'll bring strings, rubber bands etc lol.

Yep, I like the windows movie maker in Vista. It's much more stable than XP and doesn't crash when editing Xvid compressed videos. Good enough for basic slides, transitions, etc.

I have access to Adobe Premiere and will try to get my next videos edited on that platform.

Tried using Tripod stand bought from any camera shop with cable tie.

Removed the video to not let new riders learn from bad riding styles

The video seems faulty and your riding manners and judgment need a lot of improvement dude. Well, that's my comment.

Mabbe you wanna buffel the wind noise? Try some sponge or sticky tape to the area where the vocals are recorded. Other than that hmmm ride safe brother. :D

The cam recording is to protect you against road bullies or crazy drivers.

Clear and nice vids.

Thank you very much.

Noted, shall bear that in mind when I film ever again.

Cheers

hahaha well no need to say much you already kana horned :p (joking)

Well if you be more cautious and stay focus on the road shall be fine.

Its normal for relatively new riders to try funny things. (Pillon on road) I do myself too.

Be abit more kiasi and think of wat will happen "IF" then you will be just fine.

You seems like to have your face on the vidz. One thing to mention is that it could be dangerous as if ppl think that you are speeding or doing illegal U turn or such, your face is all over the net.

Concentrate more on the road and wats behind you when you riding will be a more significant factor. Any stone, pebbles, oil, tree branches, leaves, sands or twigs can be dangerous.

Try stay away from big lorries having goods in their back. It might drop any time.

Safety is the key issue. :thumb:

Cheers and nice vidz.

Nice video bro... everything clear. But using ur Sony Expensive Compact Camera in open wind..?:sian: Sand or maybe small rocks might hit the lense.
