just got my streetfighter less than a month ago, but this 1199's TFT speedo blew me away, already i can see myself buying that bike instead of the diavel.

Just a technicality point: LTA is a stat board, so its officers are not civil servants. More appropriate to refer to them as Government Officers.

I agree there is an avenue to send in a letter of complaint, but it will be hard to pursue concrete action. A better alternative is to be able to discreetly record the conversation with your phone (begin recording just after you have stopped before any conversation takes place, and holding the phone/recorder in your hands while conversing.) Attach this to the email (go to sgdi.gov.sg to look for the right person to email to... and best of all, cc his bosses and the quality services manager - [email protected]) and action should be taken. They will need to respond to public queries/complaints in a timely manner. If response is not satisfactory, fwd the reply upwards towards the bosses, and continue to cc the big hats.

 

Just curious, what did he do to get you so riled up? Good to share in case others experience the same treatment.

these guys sometimes forget they are civil servants and they are serving the public.

 

if i were you i will warn him to be professional

I've heard similar incidents, especially abt the LTA traffic marshalls/enforcers. They behave like they own u. The brave 1s will shoot them down on a professional level then will they start to behave like a good puppy. They do tend to not show any form of courtesy.

 

At least traffic police behave more professionally regardless of the offence. Even for drink driving incidents.

Any bros riding 1098 have installed gear indicators? I installed acumen at unique motorsport but it sucks. Lagging of abt 3s after each gearchange. Any other more effective ones? GIpro perhaps?

GIpro is not bad. well no indicator give u exact change display... im using GIpro and its good enough for me.

Nowadays many young LTA officers and they behave worse than TPs......

 

These people are only good for police force, scdf, ICA or LTA. Tell them want be yaya, go join air force, naval la, more $ better welfare too.
