i have a pair of front brake discs used for about 50,000km but still in good condition i would say which is for 01 model .... u may want to check with a mechanic first to see if it fits 07 models .....

2007 model has (6pot calipers) 310mm discs vs 298mm of 2001 model.

Haha, well I'd say mechanical differences in the bikes may cut less than a second off lap times for us amateur riders. Unless you really know how to maximize the bike to its full potential and can throw 500 bucks each track session for the best tires, then i'd say the jump you're practically looking at may not (or may) justify the increase 3k (estimated) jump over current bike price.

 

If you're expecting the new Blade or R1 to have Brembo calipers, ABS and Traction control too, rest assured you will be paying nothing less than close to 35k for that bike. :(

Class 3 = 02/07/2002

Class 2B = 24/04/2008

Class 2A = 22/12/2009

Class 2 = 10/02/2011

hi brothers, just wondering if anybody here knows the rider of a blue 05 r1 FBE1688. I would like to be in touch with him so i can know more stuff about the bike as i have just bought over the bike from his shop.

thx bro...but it's o5 model...so many years already...hopefully engine doesn't give too many problems...pray pray...

 

i asked the shop to change away the racing footrest to stock 1...dono if i made the correct decision not...i don't even know what brand is the racing footrest...never write also...

 

hope to be able to join the r1 brudders here for future rounding sessions so i can learn more about the bike... :)

anyways, i think the plate number is kinda familiar. the bike seems like have been posted on forum before. i think i saw it when i was looking for a r1. probably 1 or 2 months back...

Wakakakaka. Dun 1 lah. Later if wanna trade in no value. Wakakaka. Anyway, i just finish washing my bike plus scrubbing the chain n sprocket. From grey dirty rims to super striking gold n black sprocket turned silver. Phew... Now finger super cramp. :slapforehead:
