guys...need help...

can engine oil leaks from the oil filter? coz i saw oil spot underneath my bike after 5days-parking-no start engine...come from the left-side of the bike...hmm...

where can be the possible common point of leaking? bit worry now..

p/s: never face it before with previous bikes

Hi.Maybe for a start can check your

*EO drain plug...

*Cam gasket cover could be due ( the side of the block near the plugs area)

*Oil Filter

Can try wiping the sealing area clean and see any oil stains appear from there.

check the cam rod gasket may be the leak is from there.need to use the torch to see .

as per faun, there could be a possiblity of cam shaft rod oil seal leaking, the spot should around the front belly pan. oil leaks very visible all the way down from cam cover block front.

IF... its near side stand area, could be alternator oil seal leaking.

Hi bros

Anyone have any idea where can i buy the 'enpty fuel tank' sensor which is attached to a oval shape device under our ride sit......

Mine was confirmed spoilt by my mech, and he is still trying luck to get one.....without this sensor my low in fuel light will not light up..

Can anyone please help??

I am also searching for a rear BT21 tire.....and was offer at between $220 - $250. The price seem abit too exp, and do anyone have a good recommendation for other brand tire which can have the same performance as BT21

Thanks

Hmm....probably my low fuel sensor also spoil liao....rode til 300miles (US Model)....fuel indicator was below the red line and touching "E"....still no light up, but when at the kiosk I tried to pump still saw some gasoline inside but not sure how many kilometers/miles more I can travel before it dried up....jus a check....wat shld be the average mileage from a full tank til the low fuel indicator lights up?

Mine is US model as well...normally have "farting" sound when dec. I only saw tubes to the EVAP. Are you refering to air injection pipes?

Got back my bike from Mah (Meng Tong)....beautiful, no more farting liao and bike are much smoother......he mentioned he replaced some tubes (total cost less then S$10) and did some valve clearance....total damage plus servicing and gear oil change ($300):cheeky:

hi just wanna ask you guys,

what could be the problem if,

1) burning smell + smoke coming from below the steering cone,

2) followed by loss of clutch pressure at the lever

3) and upon letting the bike cool a little with the handliebar to the left, the pressure returns but not full pressure(i.e. hard but not as hard as before)?

thanks in advance!
