Try using pylox or RJ spray cans.. would do a nice finish for your box..i tried matt black on my phantom years back.. looks brand new..i dun think lacquer is necessary coz the box material isn't going to shine after lacquering anyway..

 

same goes to ur pillion footrest.. no matter how u spray it.. ur pillion is going to rub the paint off one day.. so just keep spraying lah occasionally.. :)

i'd usually touch up the spray everytime i sprayed my headers..

oh dear.. he charged you $50??!! He using airbrush or what man.. Hahah..nonetheless its already been done.. in the future,

I think you can diy urself and it'll still have the same effect.. :)

 

coz box is easily weathered as seen in white chalky marks.. no point

in spending 50 good bucks on it..

 

 

btw guys, how about a gathering one of these days.. it'll be nice to meet

the people behind the keyboards.. :) can noe more about our machines..

I feel no diff as i dont do hard braking ... for S4 2 line $200 and below. depend how well you know the boss

I would have vote this as a resounding YES. There is a difference between the braking "feel" of the stock lines and the HEL lines. I feel the braking is more effective and the feedback to your brake lever is greatly enhanced. :thumb:

guys i always pump to abt 12litres then almost reach brim oleady...

googled said abt 14litres, so i wondering where teh other 2..? hehehe

 

anyway, can some1 share how does the reserve tanks work..?

hmm if thats the case i think i will invest on the brake hose after the revtec, safer. but hopefully don lock my wheel n make me fall... lol

you want safer shld be brake hose then revtec....

must save in the FC 1st mah. if never save $$ for pertrol how to buy brake hose... somemore pertrol now up like siao like dat S4 full tank $30++ liao leh

 

Serious, how much can you save by install Revtec? To save fuel I suggest you ride constant and about 6K rpm, you max you fuel comsumption.

 

Take the $$ buy brake hose would be better choice. That 4 me.

Tats very little. There's one time I can pump up to 17.8L. I've tried running

the bike w/o switching to reserve n died at arnd 330km. Switch to res, went jb and pump 16.5L up to e brim...

as ironic as it sounds, why bother saving fuel.. when you might endanger ur life from faulty or inefficient brakes?? hehe..

i believe u can pump more....i ever pump until 19.3litres..i usually pump between 17 n 18 litres...having a main stand helps though....hehehe...wish my right hand not so itchy as to throttle more...but jus cant resist...always in a hurry somewhere.....can go usually like 360km only when hit reserve...some of our bros here can hit 400km++ when they hit reserve...they reli got superb fc...u gotta pump it pump it PUMP IT!

Wow... 400km++ How I wish to ve tat fc. Even wth full tank i tink mine wil not even reach more thn tat:cry: I tink it varies with diff type of S4.

Mine PB1! So far never come across anyone PB1 ve more thn 400km+ hitting res. So far heard verS has the best fc. Is it true?

i'm always riding at 80,90 and always 100km/h. My fuel FC is 370km hit reserve.

Honda Rebel 125 (Rebeliah) 2004-2006

Super 4 Ver S (Sephia) 2006-

 

Mersing(Air papan), Desaru,Tanjung Balau,Tanjung Piai,Pahang/Rompin,Penyabong,bekok waterfalls,Sepang/KL, Penang/KL,Melacca/Gunung Ledang,Pahang Endau Rompin Jungle. more to come~

My superfour version S engine block had a bad leak so much that the coolant has slipped into the combustion chamber. I have 3 options left for me.

Option1: Change a new bike

Option2: Repair existing engine block and carry on

Option3: Replaced the new engine block ($1,300) and carry on.

 

Guys and gals...what would you say? Thanks for reading.

My superfour version S engine block had a bad leak so much that the coolant has slipped into the combustion chamber. I have 3 options left for me.

Option1: Change a new bike

Option2: Repair existing engine block and carry on

Option3: Replaced the new engine block ($1,300) and carry on.

 

Guys and gals...what would you say? Thanks for reading.

 

roughly which option more or less you will choose b4 u post this?
