Anyone know wher to get reasonable price for stainless steel or chrome header for ver s.??

Get a PB1 stainless steel and weld it to your exhaust. Minimal leak of air. The other aftermarkets headers are mostly slip ons and will leak more air.

The following can be thecauses..starting in item numbering "most possible" being with "1" :

1) Front tyre having uneven wear and tear.

2) Back and front tyres improper.

3) Fork's upper and lower mounting clamp's bolts or handle bar holding bolts may be loose.

4) Uneven fork oil or insufficient level.

5) Uneven brake pads or warp brake disc.

6) Front wheel, cone or back wheel bearing gone bad..or all of it.

7) Swing arm bearing too much play.

8) Last but not least..your mud guard mounting bolts to fork is loose.

Good luck bro and keep us posted if the problem is rectified so we all learn.

Was option #3. After the mech removed the handlebar and tightened the stem nut (is that what you call it?) the vibration went away.

Seng Kwang at Auto Point AMK Industrial Park 2A Level 5..look for Gilbert. Cost is $380 from last know a few years back..but u have to look for ur own PB1 exhaust unit first.

Good luck in finding a PB1 header. The last time I got an offer for 290SGD for a header! That's too ex for a 2nd hand 20 odd yr old header. The price range should be around 150 - 200.

Hi all, what is the normal range for my engine oil level?

My engine oil level is slightly higher then the middle of the dipstick(there is a marking in the middle of the dipstick right?)

Make sure when u check..ur bike must be straight on its wheel not stand. The reading should be between the upper and lower markers or at the upper marker (2nd).

Well, Version S has front brembo brake calipers (alot stolen) PB1 exhaust pipe is different, stainless steel I think, it's shiny and the endcan looks some sort like a trumpet.

Version R meter assembly looks different. Version R is rare if i'm not wrong.

Yes i did straighten by bike first before putting in the dipstick.

i think my engine oil lever is just on top of the lower marking(the one in the middle).

Means it is time to change engine oil soon?

Not necessary..as long as its not way below the lower mark.."at" is still ok. Btw..what milrage has it been already sinc e u last change. Does ur bike has any form of eo leakage stain like at the gasket of ur upper and lower engine block?

To add further..the two most obvious things are..Ver R do not have a fuel level gauge on its meter but a coolant temp instead and also has a sai-Tow..some has change them to normal. In short..the meter is different and so is the tank that do not have a fuel level switch connector under the tank right hand side.

Yo William, anymore good stuffs to try on my baby? Tried your EO, your coolant and also the green oil. Great results. Looking to further enhance the riding experience.

Rough estimation is about 6.3k km.

Yes there is some eo leakage stain.

You did advice me to use some kerosene to get rid of the stain.

Where can i get them? NTUC or DIY shop?

Any brand to recommend?

I wont be able to get rid of the stain with just plain water alone right?
