I may be wrong as this is all just base on ur description and guess work that its from ur internal of engine...I suggest u do an engine flush and use a better eo for a start before things get worst like possibility of a engine seizure.

"engine flush and engine seizure"..chemically cleanse the the gearbox off sludge and heavy worn out metal power (combined becomes "metal filings sludge)...piston jammed! This is what u get when u overly used recycled eo products which sometime u never knew you bought.

Hi guys, i found some coolant leaking from the top right area of the radiator. my coolant reservoir will run dry after close to 500+km of riding. Is there anyway to seal the crack? i found out that there are liquid sealant that can be poured into the coolant system to seal. e.g. http://www.amazon.com/BLOCK-SEAL-LIQUID-COPPER-SEALER/dp/B002PX91OG

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/21MHvFdXyDL._SL500_AA300_.jpg.

Will the sealant be useful or it will do more harm to the bike?

May be..may be not but likely not. If radiator itself is cracked..better to get a new replacement. Be sure that its the radiator..from the way you described it..it could be from the radiator inlet nozzle..have to take off tank and see.

Thanks ahpek! i should take a photo and let you guys see. Normally we don't really need to top up coolant to the reservoir right?

No two bikes are the same with regards to evaporation rate..depending on traffic contions and riding style..as lomg as the level drops below the lowest..time to top up to second level. If you check twice every three months ever the same..just do checks next time at say 6 months internal then.

Hey guys, i have a 12years Ver. S, 85k mileage. Is it necessary to replace parts such as timing chain, gasket, etc.?

Nothing breaks..don't touch! Troubles comes when u start doing it up most of the time.
