anybody knows whats the original gen 1 batt? YT12A-BS?

2006 - 2009 Super 4 spec II (FV **43 first ride)

2009 - 2010(jan) FZ1 08 (FBD3***)

2010 - 2013 Hayabusa 06 (FBA****)

2013 - ???? Tmax 2013 (FBH****)

I dont think any scratch remover can help mine. Its a deep one.

 

Need to paste some sort of sticker preventing it from rust.

I was thinking maybe after this peak period of Hari Raya as some of our malay bros might be busy? I'm fine with any short meet up, but I usually work till 11pm on weekdays.. You guys prefers weekday/weekends?

I only confirm its YT12 and not YTZ12.. Sorry, cant remb the alphabets behind.. Just bought 2weeks ago also can forget, jia lat.. U can call KS to check?

thats small airbox mod.. wont hurt your engine... response will be smoother then before nia.. =)

I working shift.. Somedays work till 1am. If i am free i dun mind a meet up ! :D

wah lau gen2 caliper huh. so sorry to hear that. both or one only?? must put alarm la like this. ever since bukit panjang got one carpark spree 5 bikes the boys in blue can be seen more often.:thumb: Best of all the carpark is behind NPP(not 24hrs)

Bro, just an suggestion, I believe K9 GSXR1000 caliper could fit on our Gen2 plus it monoblock. One guy from Hayabusa wanted to sell me his which was installed on his Gen2.

Sorry but I think I have left out one important infomation. The guy is from Hayabusa.org. It a USA forum. His nick is Rumble Ripper. His bike can be seen on this thread, http://www.hayabusa.org/forum/gen-ii-busa-information/114792-my-grey-black-08-pics.html . I bought his helibar but it is almost 3 weeks and I have yet to recieve the bar. So don't know if he is trustworthy yet. And he is selling the caliper plus a 3000km verash RJL pad for USD300 shipped. Don't know if it is still available though.

They always take the right side bec its more easily accessible when you lock the bike, its the side that is exposed and they are most prob some cheapo small bike riders who modify and upgrade their brakes by taking ours. Mine was stolen in around late 2010. Bec I was in a hurry and my bike was parked at the MSCP, happened that I didn't check my bike properly before taking off and since it was immediately going down slope, I panicked and grazed some walls before I was able to stop. Made a police report but to no avail.

 

You need to ask around some bike shops if they have used ones, last I heard a fellow Busa Gen 1 rider from my housing estate area too got both his calipers stolen but he got lucky because he managed to get the set from Republic Motors at Kaki Bukit. But for Gen 2 it might be a bit more difficult to get it. No harm trying though... Good luck and btw Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri to all the Muslim riders. Cheers!!

That's how my blueflame got stolen 6 mths into ownership.
