I am not local, I am Italian but living in Vietnam so I don't know about Singapore market.

Any new so called "kupchais" in the market?

I mean 2 stroke bikes like Yamaha 125Z.

I love this kind of bikes, light and fast. In Italy they don't exist. I would like to export some brand new to my country.

Please let me know if any new model coming in the market.

Hi Marco (Don Juan?), there's only a few models of 125cc 2stroke cubchai in this region. If Im not wrong, the only model still in production is the Y125Z. The popular ones are Honda Dash 125, Cagiva Stellar and Momos.. The Cagiva models are not avail in sgp. Honda Dash originate from Thailand. Whereas Y125Z is from Msia.

There're a few more odd cc 2stroke cubschai in Msia still in production though... They're the RG120X, SS2, FX110 etc.. Not quite sure as those models never made it to sgp.

The more powerful & common ones used for racing are Y125Z and Honda Dash125. Cheers!~

Here there,

I am new to bike as i jus got my Class 2B last year.. I am interested in getting a new X1..

Can anyone guide me on how or what to look out when getting a bike.. Pls tell me where can i find a shop that offer good price.. How much does it cost to get it? Is it a 2T or 4T.. Insurance Price? Road Tax? What is 2T or 4T?

Pls advice me, Tks alots..:giddy:

if you're getting a NEW X1, there's nothing much to look out for.

currently bike price for X1 cost ard 3.5K OTR,

insurance depending on your age

road tax is $40 for 6 months, or $80 for a year

2T is the lubricant oil for the piston. used for 2-stroke bikes

4T is the engine oil used on all bikes, regardless of 2-stroke or 4-stroke

X1 is a 4-stroke bike

Topic : Bike for courier duties

Description : wave R or S?

********************************************************************

ask a general question...

For courier jobs sending documents only, which is the recommended bike?

One day, need to travel about 200-300km. Average speed 80km/hr, up to 100km/hr max at times.

In terms of maintenance and Fuel Consumption (FC).

Was considering Wave R or S, as I see many of them using this.

What's the diff and in your opinion and experience, which type is more suitable for daily usage such as above?

If any 2a or 2 bike is suitable, dun mind considering, but, dun think FC is better than a 2b bike right? :)

Thanks in advance for any recommendations you may have.

Wave fule tank is too small for pit-stop free courier service.

Get a Bajaj Pulsar, the oil tank is much larger and can tahan for a few more days before you visit the petrol station to top up.

Wave full tank can only go 200km max....you may need to top up petrol everyday (unless you don't mind)!

Fuel consumption wise, both bikes are about the same...depending on how you open your trottle habbit.

why not get a RXZ, it's more bettter and economical. Most of the despatch is using this bike. It's proven to be a bulletproof bike bro.

if u want 2a bike

i recommend the honda nighthawk cb250.

cheap to get, 2nd hands available

air cooled

16l tank, average consumption abt 30km/l

power definitely better than wave.
