RIP to the rider...hope the GSXR600 rider own up n wake up his idea.

cant do much cos i just got my 600 recently so don really know other riders in the sportbike category well. but i feel tat idiot left a bad image for suzuki riders.

it not bout the brand of bike that we rode

it bout our own responsible n action of what we r doing on and off track

dont think too much, its the rider, not the bike.

just respect other road users and dont do anything dumb on e rd. cherish everything u have now......

Life is not the amount of breath u take, but the moments that take ur breath away.

It is not how hard you fall, its how fast you get up.

Dear all, latest update. The wake would be until the 26th Dec. Riders please ride as there are not enough buses to ferry all. As such, they are reserved for relatives and close friends only.

Will update more through here once I get any more information from DeusExMachina. He is currently there now.

Regards.

here's the scanned article.

basically, it says how the accident happened, but without much details. no actual name of the duc rider but the phonetic of his chinese name. it also mentioned that a malay rider was involved, but sustained no injuries except for shock.

the bloody headline is bloody misleading. we are jus weekend hobbyist and don't do tis for a living.

My heart felt condolences. A day of supposed fun with friends turned into an unfortunate tragedy. Although I do not know him, my sympathy goes out to all his loved ones and buddies.

As a fellow rider and PG visitor, I can relate to his intrest in circuit riding. It is one place where I feel it is safer to ride hard without the hazards of the public roads. Hopefully, PG will start banning showboats from the circuit as it is no place for stunts.

Its not the ride that matters, its the fool operating the bars. :thumb:

the paper says the tracks "medical staffs" were there to give assistance to the victim and that the ambulance was there within 5 mins...

i wonder who gave them this infomation..

anyway deepest condolences to the fallen riders family and love ones..

Glad they didn't use the photo from here.

I posted it more for us to commemorate a fallen rider.

Article mentioned that Marcus crashed into another rider who was practicing "stunt"

on a side note,

Article also mentioned that due to lack of proper racetrack in Singapore, many track enthusiast flock to PG every weekend for car or bike session.

Oh my... The Chinese article stated that he was sent to a hospital, then sent to another hospital without the proper facilities to help him.

So scary, can Malaysia hospitals be trusted?

I've heard of some malaysians living in JB, would prefer to go to S'pore Hospital...

i think the papers means he was sent to a nearby hospital first..

then transfered again to another 1 WITH better facilities..

haiz.. time spent travalling should be spent helping the victim,

should have sent to a better hospital in the first place instead of wasting time

transferring . but i have my doubts bout the standard of the hospitals there also..
