hello fellow krr riders. i encountered a problem and i hope to find some answers here with the help of the experience krr riders.

 

i was riding along TPE at about 120km/h. suddenly i hear a loud sound(PARM!) and my bike suddenly lost power. thinking it was a piston jam, i clutched in without braking. after awhile the engine died i stopped by the road shoulder. than there was a burn smell. however, i had no difficulty in starting the bike again.

 

travelling at about 80 this time, the same thing happened. this time no loud sound. but lost power and engine died. i tried revving to 8-9k rpm at neutral gear and it could be done. any ideas from experienced krr riders wat might have happened? maybe a diagnosis on the symptoms?

maybe spark plug today i also engine die on me than can start than go alittle bit cannot le than die completely knn denso iridium spark plug leh like 2months use only guys your 2t take how long to finish using... mine around 3 weeks i wanna set it to default how ah pls teach

You have to understand, our bro, compfused, is a very humble guy... when he says his bike is very ugly and dirty, it is actually very shiny and spotless... when he says his bike is very slow, it can reach cruising speed of 120km/h with ease...

 

 

and when he says he's still a noob, please knock his head many2 times until got benjol. :thumb:

 

 

hahhaaa.....as i said, he's a racer... saw him superman on his bike b4...

hey guys would like to know wat tyre sizes u all use for ur bike?

If getting a smaller tyre size than the usual makes any difference? Juz wan to know the difference btw a smaller size and which is better?

 

smaller width tyres makes quite a big difference...giving 20-30 km/h increase in ur speed....and a little faster acceleration...

Hello guys. Try Putoline RS959 2T, very smooth. Btw, what tyre pressure is best for a skinny rider & pillion (combine 105kg) using front 90/80 and rear 110/70?

 

Btw,the carpark that I parked have 3 blue KR with box. Cool ! Any one here oso fixbox on their KR?

 

Thot of trying Iridium plugs (either NGK or Denso). Any bad side effects for a stock bike?

try not to use denso as the spark plug is not suitable for our bike...u can test it out n see wat it does to ur block...if u think its ok on ur bike, den go ahead...

bro...this is the 1st time i hear that our 2b bikes got powercut...

i think u try revving....run & drag the bike...see whether the meter can jump up...

race replica like KR can do better than that....

my old rxz can revvup to a 160-170km/h...standard modify...

Ours have valve system & streamline race body...cannot be man...

when i got the bike, i feel no power until i start to drag the 3rd gear onwards...mine can ran up to 130km/h at 4th gear...some forumers here claimed that theirs can even go higher at 4th gear...

 

:sian: all bikes got the CDI tt will either have powercut or no powercut.. u try gettin FT n FBB standard KR to play n u can c FT further den FBB alot.. frm wad i heard FBB can go 140km/hr or 160km/hr max... coz of the powercut...

 

anyway powercut is to cut the topspeed.. not how u rev rev rev.. :sian:

 

any bike can rev until the bike spoil oso nth.. but the CDI wif powercut is to cut the topspeed..

 

anyway ah.. u guys use bbdc cg125 oso lidad wad.. the topspeed is only 80km/hr MAX.. y?.. powercut la!!.. :sian:

and also juz wan to get the message across that all bikes got powercut.. not wad jackpot or wad.. if wan play jackpot ofcoz buy a CDI wif no powercut at all... :)

there are many minor thing to do man

some aftermarket cdi

u might find it a torture to ride in on the road :)

hi guys. was wondering do u guys get this.

 

first gear can only rev till 7k rpm.

 

second gear rev till 7k rpm than will increase rly rly slowly and sounds like no power no power till 8-9k rpm than suddely burst forward?

 

same for the third gear.

 

is there anyway around this example proper tuning or 2t too lean or rich? thanks.

Hi, I've got a problem here. I just sent my bike for servicing, include; servicing the carburettor and change spark plug etc., but still got problem starting it everytime. Even when rev the engine (in neutral) it will still stall halfway. Everytime stop for long hours I got turn off the fuel one...

 

Any idea what's the problem with my bike?
