hello there krr riders...i'm getting my krr some time next week....was wondering which tyres to use....the last i knew...was many yrs ago...for small bikes....we were using the TT900 or the GPR70....are these 2 tyres still avail? any more recent recommendations? I'm looking at good grip...anyone can offer some advise?

hmm..there's quite a few ard the island..east side there's unique & some shops..central, like hkl & etc..west, as phoon, ah koon..these are to name a few tat are quite known in the riding community..

 

just keep in mind tat one bike shop mebe good to ur good fren, but doesnt mean will be good to u as well..just share some personal experience..good luck finding ur suitable mech.. =)

Earlier this morning, I was riding home from work along AYE ,Lane 1,when I noticed a very bright single headlight shining on my rear mirrors. A TP officer was fast closing in and I give way for him to overtake me. Graciously, he overtook me and I tailed him. Shiok!! All the other vehicles give way to him and I just behind him! I think for more than 3-4 km, I tailed him before I had to exit the expressway.

 

Just before that exit, I decided to overtake him and switched lanes. When I overtook him, he like show me the "HUH" face and I smiled at him. Just after that, I realized that my speedo was abt 140-150km/h as I overtook him!

 

The TP officer looked at my bike and he gave that "RELIEF" expression as I took a glance at his face again b4 I exited!! Maybe he see the familiar POLICE signature..but he didnt notice that my bike belongs to Megatron!

yo bro..ur plate start w wat? skali i seen u ard..twice happened i zoom past a guy kr rider in another lane, both tat tym riding int their centre lane n wen dey realise girl just zoom by then they suddenly just rev up n zoom past me riding on the divider lane..i'm like but was chuckling away quietly cuz like damn funny sia..one ft plate w this nice red n black paint work n the other stock green fv p plater..

that confirm not me lah, i dun ride like this lah, overtake gal for wat sia.

no la, not ur clutch plate, confirm wan! on free gear its not good to rev a high rpm for too long, u can rev high rpm, but only in a short blow a few times. its hard to tell wats wrong wit ur bike until we can get to check ur bike on the spot.

rev high n blow is ok.

TT900 still available.. never seen GPR70 before. People mainly use TT900 for daily usage and battlax bt90 for grip.. u can ask our tire specialist here, aka Sparker

actually can't... valve jammed thus unable to close back.. have to loosen the screws... den the valve works back alright... "was being" told by a mechi that I have change my barrings,flush coolent,change engine cool and casket to ensure it will not happen again...

 

Anyone knows?? Is it true?? estimated price for this is $1xx

I had a friend who corner terbalik in front of me at T-junction...

Just passed at the time... I was so shocked I stalled laaa... so in the end instead of me going to help him, he was helping me put back the bike to neutral lol

all that has got nuting to do with jammed valve, valve jammed due to carbon that has hardend and interfere with the movement of ur valve
