If my 2t pump on big..my piston can jam??

Possible. I heard that if you whack hard and rev high rpm, don't suddenly close the throttle completely. Even if 2t pump on big big also no point if the pump is spoiled....so can jam also if that happens.

To all KRR lao jiaos.

Got a question that most probably being asked by many people already, but this problem has been bugging me very long already.

So basically, My KRR has been fogging like hell, even after riding for like more than 5km already.

Even when stopping at traffic light time, during day time still not so bad. But night time, can see the exhaust is literally "vomitting smoke"

Symptom/State of the bike

According to the mechanics, my 2T intake already very low already... Then I'm using Castrol power1 2T (FD grade)

There are visible oil seen near the exhaust tip.

So according to the symptom, is it because my 2T is bad or other problems... Cause I asked 2 mechs already, both already say very low liao.. If close further, risk of piston jamming...

Please Advise.

Im not that im lao jiao but you can consider taking this advice..

its best to full service your bike and carbornised your pipe 1st... if the same problem still have then mayb your 2t pump might got problem... its normal for 2t bike for their 2t pump to be spoiled/ 2t not flowing properly.

This problem sometimes come and go. My mech said it can be water from washing the bike or rain. Then just it happened again. Because of the heavy rain. Can u help me. I need ideas to permanently solve this problem. Change to good engine oil, kana rain. Change to not good engine oil also kana rain. Can u guys help me out.

Is it just the glass only that's having white stuff or did your Engine Oil turned milky too? If it's the glass only than I don't think it a big problem. If your EO is milky than it could be what you mentioned, Coolant Seal, Water enter through a tube that is connected to the air box or your oil seal...

i used to had that problem few yrs bck due to the tank...

The whole engine oil turn milky. Before this the oil was still nice and gold. Still new. After I rode it in the rain, it became all milky and chalky. I've changed the oil seal before. But does the oil seal prevent rain water from entering. I was planning on changing the filler cap before makng any decision to change oil seal again. Any ideas? Or any place that can change oil seal and ensure it does not leak again.

The other day when I topped up my petrol got a little leak because maybe I topped up a little too much and kinda overflow. But I'm not quite sure what you're talking about. I'm thinking of changing the filler cap. Do u have any better idea?

The oil seal prevents your radiator water from entering the clutch plate compartment where there's EO. If the problem only arises when your riding in the rain, than probably there's some opening somewhere where water could make it's way to your engine. By filler cap you mean radiator filler cap or fuel tank filler cap? Have you check this tube that's connecting to your airbox? That tube connects from your engine to the airbox. It's on the right side of your airbox, could be that?

What do I need to check for in that tube. So far I see no change in that tube. It looks just fine. No external leak. By filler cap I mean that cap u open to put in ur EO.

Check to see if that tube is connected to the air box, see if it's secured and no leaks whatsoever. Is your filler cap the aftermarket one or the OEM one? If aftermarket than I'd suggest you change to OEM ones. If yours is OEM than you might want to check on that to see if it is in good working condition (no cracks, closes properly etc)

Sorry bro. I'm quite noob ah. What is OEM. Anyway I think I will check all of it later today. Or maybe tmr morning. The best thing to do is change everything. How much is this problem going to cost me. So far the krr has been nice to me. Except the engine oil issue. Hahaha.

OEM is Original Equipment Manufacturer, layman term is Original parts la. Not too sure how much it's gonna cost you since the source of the problem can't be found. It could be a small problem or could be the opposite... Just to check, is your coolant leaking?
