Does anyone know what's the best tire size out there? I like REALLY BIG thick tires good for cornering but I'm not too sure about picking them out for both front and rear. Help!

Big tyres can do cornering better than smaller ones. Too big tyres will not give good cornering too

What's up krr riders!

Just checking with you guys, what sprocket combination suit you best?

Do share it here.

I have done 15/38, 16:41, 15/41 before.

I believe stock is 14/39?

I find 15/38 is perfect for pure highway single rider.

16/41 is a perfect mix city/highway.

15/41? Pure pick up. Highway cruising speed too low.

Would like to 16/42 or 15/39. Anyone is on this?

And what would be the largest front sprocket that cn fit our bike?

I know those pasir gudang track bike rider some use stock 14/39, some 15/40 but this riders are all big guys.

Not into track configuration though. More into rideability.

tested alot combination like you.

all cmi cuz either pick up too slow or cannot go "better" speed with top gear..

tested one before.. 14-41 = cry at highway.. but own everyone at normal road.. haha.. imagine my top gear rpm7 = 80km/h.. :p

Largest and workable front sprcket is 15.. 16 too huge.. your rear teeth will run out faster..

15-39 alright but I dun like it when I can't reach a "certain" speed with my top gear rpm 7.. haha..

so I'm using 15-38.. :)

Of cuz, chain size matters as well.. 428 and 520.. :)

Does anyone know what's the best tire size out there? I like REALLY BIG thick tires good for cornering but I'm not too sure about picking them out for both front and rear. Help!

as below.. :p

I saw 100/70 front 130/80 back..thats it.. Nvr seen bigger than that.

haha.. seen that before and one of my friend tested.. he say.. cornering at high speed swee.. but pick up vomit blood.. :)

I've tried the standard and find that I can corner nicely.. dun need any "better" cornering already cuz I'm scraping my fairing liaoz.. haha.. :p

Have u found it? I have!

Bro.. there's the contact number for you.. he might not come SBF often.. :)

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...

Ride too slow will built up carbon, ride too fast wear and tear faster..so ride moderately and safely

Ohok..Thanks alot for the info.

Anyway, as for coolant, is it ok if i mix diff type of coolant in the existing one? Is it ok if I buy coolant from petrol kiosk and top up on my bike? Any harm in doing so? Really new in this bike with radiator thingy..haha

Better to go bike shop ask them to do coolant flush... Clear out the old coolant and put in the new one...

as below, not recommend due to diff "substances" in the coolant. :)

No point fixing tat cos it will make the handling unstable. Only make the rear of the bike higher but dynamics/weight of bike shifted more to the front thereafter.

Lol. Battlax is a soft compound road tires. Its good for krr. Racing slicks has nothing to do with "slickier" lol. I haven't tried others.

battleaxe is sightly lighter so basically is good for performance but wear out easily
