Juz wanna check with u guys.. Wat r the essential tools for maintaining a KR.. For basic usages like changing the engine oil, spark plug, servicing of the carburator, tightening of the chain n everyting else except down engine..

Full servicing most people go in JB to do cuz cheaper.. Price range the same as Singapore but it's in RM..

 

If you wan SGP, go Planet as I only go there.. other places got alot of pricing and etc..

 

Reminder: only go those shop that people say it's good.. don't any jump into any shop and ask cuz, you will be chopped..

+ wash valve / check brake fluid/ brake pads..

 

& alot more.. LOL.. Tires, bearings, service fork.

bros, for krr inorder to pass inspection what are the things need to lookout for, standard footrest, everything stock, but my rear mudguard previous owner cut it into half can pass inspection or not, as for number plate rear does it need to be metal one to pass or not. pls advise. my inspection next week :(:(

ride to vicom n (Dun pay $ first) check with the guy first!

rear mudguard to short can't pass!

cos now got cctv place at the inspection place (low right rear)....

my old mod rear mudguard can pass...

cos low like original (below pillion seat bigger space to put raincoast n tools)

but need to put box so throw away n put back original rear mudguard

Hello all.. Long time no come in this thread due to seldom log into SBF.. May I know how come KR ridden by mainly Malay riders, whereas SP rode by mainly Chinese riders?

 

If my exhaust got open before the stomach kosong how to put back into stock pipe so I can pass inspection? Or I have to bring to motor shop to ask them do inspection on behalf?

Hey guys, need your advise. Currently my bike is experiencing a lack of 'power'. Whenever i wanna move off, it feels like my bike is gonna stall and moves off really slow. It will take a few seconds for my bike to get up to speed then i can up gear. At the same time, i find it hard to start my bike everytime. Have to pull choke everything i wanna start the engine, even like only leaving it after a few hours. As i am new to riding a kr, i suspect that the carb overflow or something. When back to bike shop, mech said clutch plate worn out which explains the difficulty when moving off. Any of u guys have any advise or experience this before? Thanks so much.

Alvin now inspection all die, even 2T bike like K, RXZ, PGM 4 as long as the footrest not stock etc aftermarket racing footrest all failed, i recently went for inspection luckily my bike all stock, moreover KRR is already quite old liao

i go just now around afternoon. i didnt do the same thing bro. but when you kickstart your motor, got smoke right, they say cannot pass that one. hmmmm, i warm up everything already all.
