Do you wash the chain with diesel/JIF with the chain removed or on the bike?

Oh ya, I thought JIF is abrasive, would that damage the o-rings?

Oh no! Age has finally caught up with me. I must have been blind. I mean use JIF & Diesel on the rims, not the chain.

I never clean my chains at all.

That's stock for stock IRC tube-type tires. 90/90 - 200kpa and 110/80 - 225kpa

If you changed your tires, check the markings on the tyre. If it is not printed on the tires then got to use 'agaration' liao. :thumb:

I use BT39 front is 110/70 ss , rear is also front tyre 110/70 but no ss

Brudder, you are very cute. LAB = Lim Ah Boy.

Tire life is not only determined by remaining thread. There is also a thing called Heat Cycle. Do a search on the web to learn more. By the way, your tires are all wrong, if price is not an issue, replace them the first chance you get.

yr front tyre is oversized

get it changed to smth like 90-90 will be better

chainlube more or less will splat onto yr rims when u do the spraying...so there's no escape frm dirty rims unless u clean it religiously often

anyway personally been using PJ1 chainlube for 2years already...so far so good

o-ring = design of chain

got 3 types of chain: normal, o-ring, x-ring

spark plug recommended to change every 5000km or so

wash carb i not sure...

yr front tyre is OVERSIZED.

And yr rear tyre is a FRONT TYRE used as a rear. go read yr tyre. if it reads 110/70-17F, it is a front tyre used for yr rear.

Nike - Just do it!

To those guys who have fitted a Keihin flatslide carb (PWK28), can you please share which bike's rubber manifold did you use to connect the airbox to the carb? Or at least which bike shop did that for you?
