I'm suprise to see this.....

you always in pursue of anything with huge numerical values...(Bustline etc)

28mm venturi for your bike?

......manz you have grown soft....

A huge bustline figure is useless if the alphabet at the end is A. Meaning, I'd prefer a 30D to a 40A...

What's wrong with a 28, In this age, where the masses are chanting "BIGGER IS BETTER", I just wanna be different. After all, my bike is nothing but a commuter that takes me to work and back.

Our fuel meter is highly inaccurate, it's better to use your mileage to judge. :thumb:

110 is the width in mm, 70 means 70% of 110mm as the tyre wall height. Correct me if I'm wrong. :thumb:

That is for stock irc tube-type tires. If you're not using them, which should be the case, check the tyre walls for the correct pressure. If it's not printed on the tyre, then gotta agar liao. :cheeky:

For grippier compounds, the only good tires are Dunlop TT900GP & Bridgestone BT039SS and the most suited size for the rear is 120/80. No sizes are available for 110/70 for either of these 2 models. Please note that GP/SS compound is different from non GP/SS. Many still make this mistake of excluding them when buying a premium tire.

Buy tubeless tires if you're using original sports rims.

I'm not too sure about the process but I can say one thing about the seller. If he is keen to sell his bike honestly, he wouldn't say it's too complicated.

Can't really tell about the condition from the pictures except that it's quite well polished. However 2 points to note:-

(1) Absence of airbox and AIRFILTER!!!! Dust, dirt & grime is the enemy of all engines...

(2) I would check for the alignment of this particular bike particularly the right side, just to be safe.

Airbox removal is usually done to "accept more air". While I would say that this is true to a certain extent, many are doing it because everybody else is doing it without realising the "hidden charges". You would need to rejet the carb to compensate. Without this being done, you're doing it more harm than good. For those who have removed the airbox before, you would have realised that the carb is quite "exposed" to the environments. Even with a cone airfilter, it'll still trap rain. Water is an element and is NOT COMBUSTIBLE NOR COMPRESSIBLE. Go figure what goes wrong when one simple drop of water ends up in the cylinder.

With new advancements in airbox designs (Even non ram air designs), it is sometimes better to retain the airbox than to remove it. While I cannot comment on the KRR airbox (Sure it can be improved), my choice was to retain it as I do not want to compromise engine lifespan at the expense of 1 (or less) horsepower.
