If it were true, that'd be good. I also heard Geylang Lorong 40, giving you 40 fooks for 40 dollars, time limit is 40 days and you may have up to 40 gals in the same room at the same time. This offer is valid if you could shove 40 durians up your "where the sun don't shine" place.

Yes, it does. I think I was getting 24km/l during run-in.

I am going to hit 5000km after i last changed e-oil tomorrow,btw i am using R4

do you guys all chnage e-oil every 5000km??

a mech told me for this bike 2T more important than e-oil, and say now R2 made in m'sia nt so gd liao .. better use motual (nt sure if speel correctly) Is he telling the truth??

or he see me doot doot cum P plate wan to tai me again :sweat:

oh ..just to add on .. i now use R2 the smoke smell awful

but i happened to behind some wave and yamaha 2B bike ... dunnoe wat oil they use ..tat smoke smells better than mine :cheeky:

mortul or esso gold is not bad. currently i'm using esso gold

Feb '05 - Nov '06 ---> KRR150RR (FS7177Z)

Did you ask him why (In detail) is Motul better than R2? It can be amusing at times listening to them explain. At the same time, if you probe them hard enough, you could tell if they are really knowledgeable or they are just trying to sell you something to has more profit.

 

By the way, I'm using Motul. (Honestly, I can't tell the bloody difference between premium grade oils of different brands. If someone here can, please explain to me!)

the 1 is coolent reserve .. if the coolent in radiator nt enuff then it will take from there... the actual coolent is at right hand side near ur fairing(horn) ,there is a black cap...but don't open it until your bike is totally cooled down :cheer:

he told me nowadays R2 are made in m'sia then it is more "thick" than mortul which is made im europe i guess... :smile:

but i still got almost full tank 2T ,can anyone tell me how long does it take to finish full tank of 2T :lovestruck:

I recommend u to use gear oil as yr "engine oil".

I've personally tried Motul Transoil Expert before and sticked to it during my days while riding KRR.

I've ridden KRR for 2 years before i changed to my current ride, during that time, i've never used expensive 2T. i always go caltex and buy my 2T from there.

Or if i pass by Ah boy, then i'll grab some of the Esso Gold 2T which is relatively cheap from there.

yes, Motul 2T, those high graded ones may be good. But they are all very expensive, besides, u'r not going down the tracks often.. if u r, then motul 2T might be a good choice... if not i don see the reason why yr mech wants u to buy motul 2T?
