Maybe that's why I'm on a small bike. Even at full throttle, I can still afford to yawn and tackle the upcoming corner seconds later. On a big bike, the corner is right in front of you once you WOT!!!

i wanna DIY lights on my bike so need to find that switch....if not nv on ignition ppl itchy hand can on/off the lights already...

How about a bike cover? It deters most pranksters unless they know exactly who they are targetting. If that's the case, nothing you do will help you anyway since they are bent on "having it their way".

ehz i posted dat so lng ago? hw come nw come out here and my post become 1 only? weird.. erm jus when workshop see my bike.. and took 6 photo of the demage.. and dats the only pic i have of my bike.. sigh~ 360 to repair.. lucky demage is only to the head of my bike.. hmmm any way i'll post the 6 pics haha.. yupp.. btw the mech say engine brake for our small bike is bad for our engine.. bike like super 4 den need to use engine brake.. ours jus break den change.. and i wanted to change brake hose he tell me nt so soon ask me get more expoerience first den go change all this sports stuff..(mod) yeahh..

Change the mechanic! I can't believe anyone telling you that better brakes is only reserved for advanced riders!! Otherwise, you can go back to him but shut your ears about what he's gonna say.

 

I wonder if he'll say using better tires also means racing, reserved for better riders bla bla bla... WTF MAN!!!

he told me change to metal ones, the brake reaction by the bike will be faster, i might nt be able to hander it or sth..nah dun wan say names.. haha later get sued for tarnishing reputation =X like dat i'll get it done somewhere else ba.. haha

the whole plastic at the head, is it considered as fairings too? nt sure wat u call tat.. but that one cracked le very jialat, must replaced.. headlight oso gone case.. the 2 fairings at the side dun need to change, right fairing no demage, left fairing gt scratches.. but not changing, front wheel guard changing cos he said gt scratches.. no cracks.. then since he wan change that then change lor, my dad paying.. ^^ i dun mind..

but i forgot the color

u need to remove the petrol tank

there's a bunch of wires that runs frm ignition switch to underneaththe tank and then connected via wire connector tab to another bunch of wires

u need to use voltmeter or multimeter or test pen to see which wire izit exactly

 

another alternative will be to wire to headlight switch instead of ignition

method is the same...juz that for headlight the bunch of wires is smaller

 

anyway its better that u add in a switch for any extra lights u wanna put onto the bike....juz in case u bump into roadblk or need to go for annual inspection

so whats are the parts u need?

 

1. headlight

2. head fairing

these 2 items can get at LAB for probably ard $110

and juz incase the bracket supporting the front fairing is bent...that would cost u ard $25 more

 

front mudguard scratched only u sure u wanna change?

cover it up w/ stickers if u dont mind

 

so end of it...if yr forks aint broke...and yr bike alignment aint out...and yr front wheel is working perfect...

u can jolly well spend at most $150 and spend the rest of the $$ on drinks for we guys here

used to use it until i added a box to the bike and had to retire this piece

u can have it free if u wan to drop by CCK

its free...so dont assume it to be in too good condition

juz a couple of holes some where

perfect... my camp in cck anyway... cos i just wan to cover to keep away from bird shits.. as im not allowed to park in my camp, i need to park elsewhere where theres alot of birds flying around. so i dont wish to spend so much... just a 2nd hand will do.

i already have a switch for the new light but i need to connect to ignition if not without turning the ignition can switch on the light.... imagine 1 morning yr batt went flat coz sum idiot go and on yr lights.... i heard it's easier to link up to the brake light...
