perhaps u can try Esso or Mobil air pumps?

there are 2 units of measure u can choose frm

PSI or kPa

i used to pump abt 220kPa front and 230kPa rear

this is abit higher than what other pple usually pump (ard 210kPa) as i usually got pillion

do u have a habit of offing yr fuel when u off the bike? coz my fren's KR once had a similar problem found out the carb was flooded or sumthing..the mech say offing the fuel at nite will prevent this... dunno true or not...

bleeding yr brakes means removing air bubbles from yr brake hose and flushing away old fluid with new fluid... check it out in the hands on forum.... as for free-wheeling it's how well yr wheel can spin when u push it abit... if yr wheel not free-wheeling u are wasting alot of petrol...
