I m new with duke, but from what I know is that if you wish to get a used duke, you have to make sure that they do their servicing regularly and done by someone who know how to do it.

Minerva keep records of those duke serviced by them and you can ask them to check for you or you can ask the owner to show you their servicing booklet.

Hope you get the duke you want and good luck. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

I saw they already have the final edition 998s in Minerva( Biposto version) and the Matrix Version too( All Black) I think it looks cool in black for a change:thumb:

I must say Minerva at times are able to bring in certain models which are so hard to get in other market.

This is from the Ducati website about the 998s Final Edition:

2004 will mark the ten-year anniversary of the most iconic and victorious motorcycle ever made. As a final tribute to this remarkable creation, Ducati presents the limited edition Ducati 998S Final Edition.

The “S” model Testastretta engine delivers the extraordinary power and performance the world-beating 996R. Included is the Corse extended crankcase sump - for positive lubrication no matter the acceleration or lean angle.

Fully adjustable Ohlins front forks and an Ohlins rear shock let you lean-in and power-out confidently in the turns, while an Ohlins steering damper keeps the front end stable.

Additional features make the 998 F.E. a truly unique bike. A silver plate on the steering head is inscribed “Ducati998S Final Edition”. The bike tail is painted like the Italian tricolor (red, white and green) and bears the Italian claim, Ducati Campione del Mondo (Ducati World Champion). The tank is emblazoned with Victor’s laurels, the number 1 and the total number of 998 victories (8 Championships, 115 races).

The Ducati 998 F.E. will be produced on a by-request-basis. Requests should be made to your local Dealer by the end of October.

The DUCATI998 Final Edition. A legendary goodbye for a legendary motorcycle.

So I guess if you are planning to get the 916/996/998 series Superbike and a brand new one and have the money of course,This is IT!

However, not sure if the bike has been spoken for... worth a look anyway.

If you can afford to wait, you can try biding it at ebay auction. I think you can save some $ on it.:cheer:

I think the final edition is more expensive than the Matrix edition cos it has higher specs like Ohlins front fork and its a s model too.
