anyone know where i can fabricate mini apehangers in sg? looking to get one with about a 3-4 inch rise, all at 90degree angles so i can narrow the width of the handlebars.

u hv to unscrew the end caps 1st, 1 hand holding the cap tight whilst the other using abit force to unscrew.

thereafter, u'll need an air gun, this the best tool to help extract the grips.

 

to install, reverse the abv mentioned.

do @ shop, bt ask nicely 1st..

bro where u bought this grip and how much is it? if the hole is too big u might have to use another slimmer grip on the inside, thats what happened to me last time and it was a pain in the ass to install

U hv a gd selection on ebay. Make sure get those for 7/8 inch handlebar. If u dun wanna go bikeshop, can get the compressed air in a can. Those to dust computer one. Nt as fast as airgun but still okay. Then to fix on, use contact cleaner slide onto d bar, then after dat it will evaporate.

since these pics, i added a straight handlebar, removed sissy bar, front pouchbag and replaced the passengers floorboards(which began to rust heavily after skidding) with footpegs.

I am a newbie to this site. Been riding a phantom 200 for 2 years now. balance COE till Oct 2012 but recently overhualed my bike so will be renrewing the COE for another round. Therefore, I have intention to mod my bike a little.

 

I was wondering if any knights here have any idea how to or already have changed their rims to the spook rims? Was told my workshop not possible as their is no suitable spook rims in SG for phantom....

Spokes rim = tube tires. Not a good idea... Currently tubeless better....

Thanks for the kind advice bro. In that case, i will give up that idea and go chrome my rims instead...

How do you go about chroming your rims?

Make sure they don't chrome your brake disc.
